I typically purchase online. Today I called and spoke with Steven (I hope I have the name correct) to exchange an online order. The process was seamless. Came into the store. Every employee working was great to talk to. Great layout of the store merch. Will be back for sure.

Being told that the size I am looking for isn't really stocked in store and that they can order the clothes online for me is not helpful. If I wanted to shop online I would not have come to look for clothes in person. Size inclusivity doesn't exist if the clothes all exist theoretically on the internet. The corporate buyers need to do better in a city full of big people.

Had issues with my online order. Never received part of my order. Won't be ordering from them again.

The customer service was horrible. Out of three employees, I saw only one working and helping customers. The other two were just gossiping in the corner. I overheard another customer say that this Vans location felt like an Abercrombie & Fitch because the employees don’t want to help anybody. I ended up getting better customer service at Journey’s and was still able to find the Vans shoes that I wanted.

Loved it. Great quality and affordable prices, not forgetting the awesome faculty. Very helpful! Highly Recommended.

For being a vans store its a little weird they don't always have what I want always got to look online.

Store says it opens at 9am. I showed up at 10: 45am and it was still closed.
