I cannot, for the life of me, figure out why people who do not want to be friendly to customers work in customer service. The type of people that work at this location (mr.lip ring and ms.purple hair) are the reason brick and mortar stores are going out of business on a daily basis. I can buy the same products online and save myself the frustration of dealing with these punk rockstar wannabe children, from the comfort of my house. I hope the owner of this franchise reads this review and takes a hard look at the people working for them to verify their core values are being respected. I called ahead to check the availability of a shoe that I needed exchanged and the hours of operation, and was not told they would be closing early due to COVID. The two useless employees that were still at the store when I arrived, were zero help and did not care to try and resolve this issue whatsoever! From a store owners point of view, I would think that every sale matters, especially during a global pandemic that has crippled the retail industry. That is not how the employees at this location see the business. They are probably frustrated that they have to go back to working for a living, and are taking it out on customers. Very frustrated at this whole situation and will never visit this location again. Vans corporate can pay to ship my shoes back to their location and ship the correct size back to my house.

Went during a sale weekend so there were so many people in the little store but we were able to get a good deal on multiple pairs of shoes.

This is one of the only locations that some of the staff go out of their way to help you. We were looking for a particular size for our son and the gentleman working in there was so good to us. I wished we would have gotten his name, he was awesome!

Rude employees and horrible customer service. My daughter was about to try on clothes when we were chastised because we used a pole to get her size off the rack. No one had offered to help, even though there were employees standing around doing nothing. They were so rude in how they spoke to us that we put the dress back and walked out. There were several things we probably would have bought but had such a bad experience we bought clothes somewhere else.

It was okay. Nobody came up to me to ask if I needed help or if i was okay. I saw other people getting help but not me. I also saw 2-3 employees hanging out by the register.

I got my shoes here about 2 or 3 weeks and I gotta say, this place is pretty sick. Nice staff especially this dude named Josh. He is a cool kid. I recommend coming here to get your shoes. The prices are a bit high though.

I had a problem with just using a coupon. The cashier didn’t read the coupon and the price was apparently more than expected. I told the girl I wasn’t getting a discount but she just trusted the machine so blindly and kept telling me it’s included. I had to tell her it wasn’t included 10 times. She finally called her manager and the coupon worked but she didn’t say anything like sorry and looked angry at me. Discount was good but I felt so bad.

It's a good store! Vans is probably my favorite shoe brand and my favorite Vans shoe would probably be the checkered old school sneakers, but I also like the true white slip ons! Overall, good store and very decent prices! Normally 50-55 dollars for sneakers. They also have a great clothes selection especially the Versa hoodie and the Vans tee shirts! Great brand and store!

It's an outlet, so they don't have the newest shoes in store, but they can order them online and get free shipping. Styles are up to date and staff has always been friendly.
