The office staff is unprofessional. My application was canceled “due to lack of communication and documents. ” Ever since I applied I was lied to by the staff. My husband and I mentioned he did not have a social security and they said it was ok. My husband also mentioned I was on a leave at my job and did not have paystubs, again they said it was ok that as long as he made enough. The only email I got from them was an email to make a resident account, other than that I never received a call or email. On September 3, I tried logging in the account and did not let me. I tried calling the office and never got an answer so I decided to just email them. 3 days later I get an email saying, ”We sent out an email last week that the application has been canceled due to lack of communication and documents. ” I called the office and the lady that answered said she only needed my paystubs, even though they had told me I did not need them I send her my latest ones. She calls back saying she needs my husband social security and I explain what I had told the other lady the first time we went and she said she couldn’t help me. I asked her for my money and she said since it was my fault my application was denied they couldn’t give me my money back. If she said my application was “canceled” in the email doesn’t it mean she didn’t submit my application? I asked her if I could talk to her manager and she said the manager was busy and that she would call me in 20 minutes. I never received a call back from anyone. I tried calling but had no one answer, I even email them and never got a call back. It’s sad that we work had for our money and people like these apartment staff just steal from you.

TONS OF ROAD CONSTRUCTION CURRENTLY. They will close off property Gates and turn off water without notice. They will say they are 'sorry' but then keep doing inconvenient things without notice.

Update: After 2.5 months they fixed the mold and leak issue and put in new sheet rock.

Don't address problems timely, ignore issues until you come to the office. Mold in my apartment and a leak in the ceiling above my bathroom. I've been promised on 3 occasion maintenance would come and they have not.

Just renewed my lease and moved into a 2x2 unit with a fireplace. Upstairs Neighbors are obnoxious but what else can you expect. Next door neighbors likes to peak into my kitchen window (next to stairwell) at night, so thats creepy. I've been here for just shy of 15 months. I will say the application process did take a couple weeks, but I appreciate their thoroughness.

My daughter's car was broken into last week. There have been multiple car break-ins and vandalism. For security purposes, the gates should be closed at all times, construction or not, especially at night. The tenants' safety should be the main priority. I like the complex, but I'm very disappointed in the lack of security.

This complex doesn't care one bit about its tenants. If you have literally any other choice of apartments, go there. The AC is busted and can't keep up with the summer heat and when you call the office and they send maintenance, all they do is gaslight you and tell you you're lucky the apartment is 80° and if it was "really broken" it'd be over 90° so obviously I have nothing to complain about. You can literally see the AC units outside and not a single one looks any newer than 10 years old. They continue to raise rent but put exactly ZERO of those dollars back into the complex for updates and repairs. It always looks messy with trash littering the parking lots, dog poop all over the lawns because management does nothing about people not cleaning after their pets, and the parking spots are never clearly marked so you can get towed from a "reserved" spot that isn't marked.

The lady I did my application with was very professional she is no longer there, I went through the application process for about a month they denied me the 1st time due to inaccurate info Tham again a 2x from something that's on my rental that isn't soppose to. I will not recommend them the overall experience was lead on and unprofessional.

Shout out to Mrs Tania! She was amazing, and so friendly. As soon as I walked in, she greeted me immediately and made my day so so much better very knowledgeable about everything she is doing! She is amazing! She really knows how to make you feel right at home. I look forward to becoming a future resident!

I'm providing a NO-STAR (NOT A 1-STAR) experience for this property and I've only been here a year. I'm moving out very soon but this has been going on for more than a week and something had to be said/posted. The ONLY reason that I writing this review is due the public health concern regarding our trash not being dumped AT ALL. Yes there's street construction blocking our normal entry gate but you mean to tell me that the driver can't come into the exit gate then turn around. Back up to get the 1st dumpster and then proceed as normal to get the second as usual. MIND-BLOWING that nobody has even attempted this yet. I've seen moving vans and delivery trucks do it just fine these past 10 days. Now you're inviting more rodents, pests and people looking for something in the trash.

Vantage Point Management, this is totally unacceptable in any capacity. A different disposal service could have been called to do something but it just shows how nothing happens until someone complains. (Million-Dollar renovations but half the complex is getting trash service. SMH).

Let's see how much longer this continues. (praying they post the pic that I included)

Currently the apartment we're in is super hot. The AC can't keep up with the heat which wouldn't be a problem if this apartment wasn't in the middle of Texas. When we called to get it checked out in early June, they basically told us that's how it was and there was nothing they could do about it. Definitely not a fan of paying full price for an apartment I can't do anything in because I'll start sweating immediately and sleeping is super uncomfortable.

EDIT: It's now May of the following year. Nothing was done, rent prices were raised, and my apartment is 80 degrees right now. There's no way it's going to be anything near comfortable come Summer

Absolutely Amazing- Virginia was awesome and her customer service was very detailed and he was very communicative with regards to our lease process, taking the time to review all of the paperork and maneuvering the online site. She was very attentive, we are not that great with computers and she was very patient with us. - The Spann's

Recently renewed my lease, was pretty happy for the year I've been there, my rent wasn't that high compared to what the average might be, and I did have some pest problems at first but is controlled pretty well even though I might see the occasional spider or roach near the drains. I wish I had the newer apiances, like the glass top stove, but the current ones haven't had any isdues. Staff has been great so far, even though I had been frustrated initially having to wait so long for the application process. I've been luck to get some really nice, helpful neighbors as well.

The manager of this complex has gone far and beyond to make sure my needs were met, short and fairly new staff on double time to everything they can for their residents. The effort of the manager and staff alone has made me feel more than comfortable with this decision.

They just raised my rent all of a sudden by $75/month IN THE MIDDLE OF MY LEASE CONTRACT.

This fee is totally new and is under "Short Term Lease" on my bill. My original agreed-upon rent amount already includes the higher rate that I have to pay for doing a short term lease so why are they adding this fee in addition to that? My lease contract does not have this $75 fee written anywhere and the pricing quote I received before applying is the same as my contract too.
I understand raising prices AFTER the lease period is over but not in the middle!
I would absolutely not recommend anyone to sign a lease with them. Even if you are not looking for a short-term contract, they could just easily charge you extra and make up a different reason.

Edit: Manager saw this review and took the $75 off + reimbursed me for the one time I paid it. There was an error with an audit they did. Raised my review but not more than 3 stars just because the other people in the office were rude and dismissive when I first brought up this matter with them. Not a single employee referred me to the manager. The manager herself was very nice, though.

The apartment itself is nice. I was lucky enough to get one without any roaches.
If you plan on signing a lease here, I recommend the buildings closer to the pool (ask management for a map of the whole complex). This would mean living near the office, the parcel room where most Amazon packages get sent, the gym, and obvi.the pool. You'd also live closer to the dumpster. I've seen people live far enough from it that they haul their trash in their cars.
My neighbors are pretty quiet too.
I chose to live on the 2nd floor so that the sun doesn't hit my apartment too much other than in the morning. It's May and I still never had to turn on the AC, which saves on electricity $.
I think they just recently redid a lot of the parking writings so you can now actually see if a spot is reserved or not

Very nice place to live, it's peaceful and quite.also virginia is the manager, she is very helpful and has a genuine concern for taking care of her redidents.

Called looking for a price range, the h** act like she couldnt even give a price range yet asked me for my name like she was gonna actually help me.if the apartments cant give u a price range even over the phone then they are bulls***. Horrible customer service

Think hard before making an application on this site or they take your money for nothing. They make the process impossible for you. They reject your entrance tests and a series of requirements that are impossible to cover. They are surely becoming millionaires with all the money they keep. It's a total robbery

Do not rent in these apts, it is garbage and the employees feel like the owners are thefts, assaults and the reka looking for a car to take. Not to mention the millions of cockroaches, do not give your money to these people
