Love this shop! I've been a regular customer here for years now. Every time I walk in the door I'm welcomed by the staff's happy & smiling faces & made to feel as if I'm right at home. I just can't say enough good things about Vape City in Missouri City!

Can I just say Chelsea is THE ABSOLUTE BEST. From the moment we met it was all smiles. She listens to what you need and does her best to get what’s perfect for YOU. She doesn’t rush you off if someone comes in. You feel like a priority. Great attitude positive vibe. She’s the reason I keep going. So keep her around, deserves a raise for sure.

I went in back to get a new tank for my mod becuz it was cracked chelsea was there to welcome me from the. Monent i walked into the door greating me with a smile and a good afternoon a very welcoming feeling. The atmosphere was on point with classic grung music playing from the tv and The comfortable white leather couch! My tank was unfixable and she should me a great line of tanks and supplys and also to me about new deals wat was just in! Very well knowledgeable of the vape seen and i ask about the cbd and she gave me a qwick run down about the cbd gummies and flowers. Amazing to see someone passionate about there job. I made my purchase and it was a smile. Great job chelsea. Great job vape city i will be spreading the word this is the place togo for all ur vape need and ect! $$

The staff is helpful and they have good products. Also, for those who are there to accompany a friend, they're always playing something on a big t.v. (New Girl, The Walking Dead, etc.) and have a nice couch.

Great customer service. My wife and I are looking to get off tabbaco and switching to a happy. Josh the young man behind the counter took extra time to answer all our questions. I highly recommend this place.

I recently stopped at this store after going to the convenient store where I typically pick up my Juul pods since they were sold out. Now recently, Juul announced they were pulling flavored pods from stores and only selling tobacco and menthol flavor. So as you can imagine, I was super excited to see that Vape City had a few packs of mango pods for sale. I bought 2 packs (for $24.99 each when they usually cost 15.99, but I assumed the higher price was because of a lack of availability in stores). When I got home, I noticed the pods were tasting burnt. I tried multiple pods from each pack and got the burning taste in each one. HOWEVER, when using the pods I recieved from the convenient store I typically go to, I didn’t get the burnt tasted so I know its not my device. My suspicion is that Vape City is selling refilled pods at a higher price, which Juul specifically advises against. I’m super disappointed because this seemed like a great store, but I feel like I definitely got scammed.

Been coming here for years, after searching for a shop that pays attention to the customers. Great staff and prices!

Super expensive overcharging on some of their products and the lady was not friendly go somewhere else

Came into the shop the other day looking for a new vape. The girl that works there was very helpful, and knowledgeable about all the products in the store. She helped me select the right vape, according to what I explained I wanted. I am very happy with the vape that I purchased, and will continue to shop at, Vape City in the future.

Walked in one evening to an empty store. Stood around for about a minute thinking someone will be out shortly to greet me. Nope.

The employee store room is open so I lean over the counter to peak and I see a heavyset woman sitting right around the corner in front of a computer either sleeping or has headphones on, can’t tell but I do see half a body sitting down doing nothing.

“Hello? ”, nothing.
“HELLO!? ”.

She finally hears me. I hear a sigh as she slowly and begrudgingly makes her way to me behind the counter. She looks tired, probably sleeping, definitely not smiling, and absolutely not interested in anything happening right now.

She asks me how she can help and I tell her I need coils and some juice then show her my vape to reference the type of coil I’m using. She grabs a box and I get the feeling it’s the wrong one.

Begins ringing me up, doesn’t remember that I also need juice, but at this point I’m not sure I can handle any more excitement and just decide to pick it up elsewhere.

I ask her to check the coil to make sure it’s right. I can’t tell which she found more disdainful: realizing it’s the wrong coil or having to turn slightly to the left In order to pick up the correct box, but she made sure to show it.

Finally this ordeal is nearing its end! She rings me up and mumbles the most worthless “thank you” using an inflection that somehow makes me think I did something wrong. It didn’t hit me until I got to my car that it was in fact my bad, I made the mistake of shopping at Vape City.

Really a great experience shopping there. Very knowledgeable, super nice and the store is well stocked with all your needs and a great atmosphere. You won't be disappointed!
