Never disappointed with vapor valley. Everyone knows their products. Some more than others. Their ejuice is on point. Have deals off and on, on tanks, box mods, batteries, etc.that puts other shops to shame. Catch them at the right time to get your needed items on sale.

I bought my vapor unit and 2 days later it quit working. Took unit to Vapor Valley to have them look at it. He reset battery and now works fine. Another store that is closer to me said no repairing and was going to sell me another one for 50% higher price then one I bought. It was worth the drive across town to have them look at. Have been in Vapor Valley three times now each time employees have been fast, friendly and not as pushy as other store's I have been to. Yes they will tell you about weekly special but that is their job. But they do understand, No or just looking and don't run you out of store if your not buying. They do have a lounge where you can try other oils and listen to music in a nice atmosphere. If you don't know or understand something they will take the time to explain or show you how to rebuild or switch out coils, as I am new to vaping and did not know you could do. Oils do not leave bitter after taste like some others (cheap) I have tried. They mix and bottle to your request. I will always drive the 19 miles, (since I have moved) to come to Vapor Valley for 5G service. Great employees, Great service, Great selection, Great prices an Great atmosphere. Wonderful job guy's hooked for life.

Great place to get your e-cig supplies. The workers are always very friendly and knowledgeable. I drive 30 minutes just to come here. Highly recommend it.

Not alot of inventory or premium juice shop has a lot of potential and is closer than vapor hideout but need too see more on the shelves. I will say the employees were very friendly, not very knowledgeable but friendly yes.

Literately the first time I ever went into a vape shop and found NOTHING I could use. There are no rebuildable supplies except for some cotton and wire. Not a very broad selection of premium juices. The employees were very nice and helpful, but the product just wast there. I'm giving 3 stars because of the awesome employees and nice atmosphere of the shop. Feels like thees potential but its just not there yet.
