VCA Animal Emergency Hospital Southeast reviews
8I came in at 2am crying and panicking over my cat, they were so helpful and kind! I’d definitely recommend to anyone
The staff is super nice and welcoming. I got there during opening time and the staff was inviting and were quick to take care of my pup.
Waited 2 hours for a (ridiculous) quote, while my boy was hurting. Did not offer any other affordable options and instead referred me to another place and expected me to pay $170! For a referral, basically. Save yourself the referral fee and go to Veterinary Urgent Care on Telephone.
Through our sad and very hard decision, the staff was so professional and caring about our situation. Everyone was so kind and patience with us through the process. (Even at 3am). We were truly at peace afterwards. Thanks and we appreciate the paw prints and card!
VCA Animal Emergency Hospital is the best! They are very professional, welcoming and friendly! No wait time like other emergency animal hospital. You are in good hands. The best location. Dr. Martinez and Gabriel is THE BEST. Actually, everybody is awesome who works there. They did take care of our little boy Keeper. Thank you so much again!
I can not begin to explain how greatful I am for THIS location of VCA! In June I had to make the worst decision a dog owner has to make when their fur baby is very I'll. I originally went to the Calder Rd (96 & Gulf freeway) location only to be told they didn't have time for me and suggested this location. I always say everything happens for a reason. EVERYONE of the staff members from the time I walked in the door were patient, kind, and above and beyond what I ever expected under the circumstances. They explained everything and gave us all the time we needed with our girl before we had to send her off to heaven, and then after. Even receiving her ashes, we were told a few weeks - 3 days is all it took. Thank you VCA! We recommend you to everyone!
I felt so cared for here and was given great information about my Mercedes. They helped her and now I am very happy and pleased. Mercedes is going to be ok because of them. Thank you Dr. BRANNON, Ariana, Donato, Paris, Lana, Tamia, Jacob, and Taylor
At least two weeks ago my puppy was sick and I brought him here at 11pm. He was later diagnosed with parvo which can be fatal if not treated. As soon as he was diagnosed they took him back to look at him. Dr. Brannon and the staff were just amazing during this process. The lady in the front saw how upset I was and made me some tea. Dr. Brannon checked on Max after that visit and has answered any questions I had texted her. (Which was a lot) I will forever thank this clinic for making sure my sweet boy was treated the best possible way and bringing him to his happy and healthy self.
