VCA Lake Jackson Animal Hospital

I just called to ask if my dogs odd behavior should be a reason to bring him in to the vet, assistant had no problem being passive aggressive. I just needed to know if I could and should bring him in and she rudely told me the vet is booked all day & asked me some dumb questions when she realized she was being unprofessional and rude.

I will bring my baby puppy back for all her visits.this was to close.my husband said the vet was fabulous with out little girl opal

Dr. Pitts is the name of my veterinarian at VCA. She sees all 3 of my dogs and she is terrific. I have seen other doctors at this clinic as well. All of them show the upmost care to all of the dogs. I have never walked away disappointed in treatment and/or advice. They are quick to listen, diagnose and treat them in a timely manner. When I call, the receptionists are equally patient and attentive. Many times they have seen my animal (s) the same day or within 24 hrs of my call. My son was here from out of state and his cat needed to see a vet same day. I called and honestly would have understood if they had said they couldn't get her in. We believed we were probably fixing to head to emergency clinic. They took her within the hour and treated her. I highly recommend VCA.

Everyone was super nice, and really set a paranoid kitten owner at ease. 10/10 will.absolutely go back.

Dr. Kyle is very thorough and straight forward. If you are looking for a no B. S.type of vet I would recommend her. She genuinely cared for the well-being of my boston and my boxer-mix while ordering only the necessary tests and treatments. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Lake Jackson area.

Awesome vet. They take care of all 7 of our animals. 2 pets have seizure disorders and they took over care with no problems. They are always nice and professional when you call and always great at taking care of things during Corona (which makes it a bit harder but they have a good system and come to the car and get your pet and call if they need too). Angela took the time to get all of our pets records updated because we came from another state. We had one of our guys pass and let me come in to say good bye and stay as long as I needed. They did not talk about cost while I was upset but instead, they gave it some time and contacted me for payment. Most vets want to invoice you before you walk into the vet. All the doctors are great!

Treated our furbaby for an ear infection and cleaned her teeth. They kept us up to date when we had to leave her there. Really felt like they cared! Thanks VCA!

Dr. 's and staff are wonderful. Compassionate and caring. I wouldn't take my 4 legged friends anywhere else but here

I cannot rave enough about our experience at VCA especially with Dr Brehm. She’s absolutely amazing and couldn’t have asked for a better vet for Coco since Day 1. She's knowledgeable, compassionate and answered any and all questions my husband and I had as first time pet owners. From finding the right food for Coco's loose stools to his neuter procedure has been beyond words. Her staff are also very kind and helpful. Coco and I appreciate all that you do. Thank you VCA and Dr Brehm! HIGHLY recommend! And will continue to see her

My dog Sadie Belle is my team mate aussie mix Rescue. Dr. KYLE and Dr. HAYDEL Are so exceptional at taking care of her needs. Curbside is great and she is not clingy to me or nervous when im not in there they say. I may prefer that from here on out unless emergency which is the only thing i wished would change would be ER there if ever needed. The staff is wonderful, prompt to address my questions, friendly and caring. Sadiebelle wont come out of truck as shes nervous, but once out, she walks in with her tail wagging. Dr. Kyle and Dr. Haydel are so good and SB has not had experienced with the other vets there. They are all very caring! Thank you again to the team there! She has been going there for years. They are very good at finding whats wrong with her.

VCA helped my family when our own Vet of almost 11 years let us down. My dog who had suffered from degenerative Myelopathy had finally declined to the point where it was time to put him down to end his suffering. We had scheduled with our vet the euthanasia for a few days away and was ensured several times we could be with him when he passed away. Our Vet called an hour before our appointment to inform us we could no longer go in with him due to they are remodeling but we could drop him off to be put down. As this dog was like a child I wasn’t going to let him be scared and alone when he died. I called around several places and VCA was able to help us that same day end the suffering my old pup was going through while allowing us to be with him when he passed. The staff was exceedingly kind and compassionate and accommodating to us in our time of need and I will be forever grateful for that. When and if we ever heal over the loss of our beloved old boy enough to welcome a new dog in our home we will be sure to seek our veterinary care from VCA.

They are the best around. They show so much love for the animals. They even brought my one baby back to me with kisses on his cheeks.
