This vetinary clinc is the best! My 13 year old Yorkie got sick, and I called the place I had taken her to before, and they had no appointments to see my very sick Yorkie. I called about 7 other vetinary places, and they told me the same. I called VCA Tanglewood Animal Hospital, and they were able to see my very sick Yorkie. They were awesome! Took very good care of my Yorkie and checked on her the next day. I have changed to this clinic for my Yorkie and am very pleased with the care they provide! Dr Travis, vet techs, and front office staff are all very ah-mazing! Thank you so much!

The staff and doctor were so amazing! They answered all my questions and were so sweet with my 6 month old puppy and my human toddler that had to come along for the ride. We will definitely be back!

Been taking my pup here for over a year but since they SOLD OUT TO CORPORATE it seems like a money grab. Walked out with a $500 bill for some shampoos and allergy medicine for my dog. Later when i called for an emergency I was told they couldnt get her in for 2 weeks. That was the last straw - they dont care about Animals.

We’ve been using VCA Tanglewood for years. Everyone has been so accommodating and loving to our dogs. They are patient and kind and make you feel that your pet is so special.

By far the friendliest veterinarian office I’ve ever been to! Extremely satisfied with the care they provide and their obvious love for furry friends. Very happy I chose this location while looking for a new vet for my little buddy, Flynn.

I highly recommend VCA. Sadly I had to have my cat put to sleep and they gave me the room for as long as we needed it. There was no judgment for my decision which I appreciated so much. Thank you so very much everyone

This place and staff are absolutely amazing! I couldn't ask for a better place to take my baby boy!

I am trying hard to like this hospital but the lack of emotion and unprofessional employees is taking its toll on myself unfortunately. This rating starts from my first horrible experience where we took my dog here to lay to to rest. I chose the full package for my dog including the paw print, ashes and everything. When we came to pick everything up, the last name on the box was incorrect, the paw print wasn’t there and the response I received was “sorry”, we will credit the difference in package. Is it me or that response had no remorse or empathy?

Now today I called and asked to bring my dog in for monthly allergy shot. I was advised I have to pay for exam for allergy shot in which I explained I am out of town for 2 weeks, can I do exam after or get my prescription. I spoke to Lisha first and when I asked for the above 2 options, she must of gotten upset and started talking over me. I asked to speak o supervisor or manager in which Ashley - tech supervisor, came on the phone. She spoke to Dr Chapman and she called me back stating no exceptions can be made, they will not release my prescription to my dog for allergy shot. I guess I feel sorry for my dog who has to get a monthly allergy shot for life and she has to suffer because our vet will not provide options except for to wait for 2 weeks (I’m out of town) and to come pay more money for an exam. Does the yearly exam really impact or affect allergies?

Dr. Chapman and the staff are amazing here. We’ve been taking Benji to Tanglewood for over 3 years and dr. Chapman is the BEST. She always goes above and beyond her duties to make sure Benji is treated well and she has found the root cause of Benji’s issues. She’s been the only one who could diagnose Benji’s parasite problem and also recognized Benji had partially torn his ACL. No other vets could figure these issues out! We don’t know what we would do without Dr. Chapman. She’s amazing personality and is very caring. We appreciate her so much for her dedication and passion. Benji loves you dr. Chapman!
