15Everyone was nice. However, I went there to have a mass removed from my babies neck. I had one removed by an older doctor a year ago at another vets office.and he made a 1.5 inch incision. This doctor cut my baby on an angle with a 6 inch incision.the horrible suture job brought me to tears. I asked for the manager to call me last week and no response. I am so hurt and disgusted with the facility. I also emailed Corporate again no response. I guess my money has no importance hear.
I can only express my sincere gratitude to all those amazing folks that work at this clinic. This place is absolutely phenomenal. God Bless them.
Everyone was nice. However, I went there for shots for my dog so I thought and ended having to get an examination before I could do so. If I'd of known that I probably would've just went to the SPCA. It cost an extra $65 for an exam I didn't want or felt I didn't need.
I have been bringing my puppy here since 2016. Although the staff and the vets are great, recently the communication and responsiveness has become terrible. This has been going on for MONTHS at this point. I called and left two voicemails and text on August 19th. It is now September 5th and I still haven’t gotten a response AT ALL. If I’m contacting you concerned with my dogs health and behavior, I would think that’s important enough for a response and I shouldn’t have to call and leave messages several times.
I brought my sweet kitty here yesterday. Luckily I was able to get a same-day appointment with a short wait.
The staff were kinda friendly.
We were taken to an exam room, but they kept taking her to the back to test her and examine her. I didn’t think about this and realize how this upset me until after the fact. My kitty was supposed to get a shot of antibiotics, but I don’t really know if it was done. I wasn’t told where the shot was given. I was so distraught that my baby wasn’t feeling good that I wasnt thinking clearly.
They left her in the kennel the entire visit. I didn’t see anyone interact with her. The vet just stood up on the wall, unconcerned.
Checking out, we waited up front a good 10 minutes while the front desk girl chatted and laughed on the phone.
Thinking back, I wasn’t pleased at all and hope my baby starts feeling better soon!
My inly concern was that the vet that saw my dog was super confused!
She seems to be not sure about anything!
The staff was extremely professional and friendly. My dog had a hard time leaving my side, but they assured him in all the doggy ways possible and he ended up walking out with them. 10 minutes later he was back and happy as can be. They get my 5 stars for that assurance alone. The facility is clean and neat and easy to navigate through. Great job guys!
I’ve been going here since I first got my cats. Althought out of pocket prices are really expensive, they have the cheapest Revolution plus prices and deliver monthly. But if you just need a regular checkup, they take HOURS to attend to you
Yesterday my Lucky dog went to the VCA animal hospitals to treat her scabies. Today she was much less and happily. I appreciate Dr. Anne Serra. God bless.

Always very professional. Staff demonstrate genuine care and love for animals and always treats me and my fur baby with respect. Very efficient curbside service. Veterinarian was very thorough and addressed all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend.
I have used VCA for years starting at home in Chicago. I am comfortable with their services amd staff. I relocated to Houston five years ago primarily using the VCA Spring Branch which is wonderful. This location isnt bad but isn't Spring Branch. The staff impersonal and stiff but because its a VCA and the closest to me I continue to use them.
I've always had a good experience. Quick recoveries this is the 3rd of my pets to be fixed here and never had a bad experience. Great on the wallet too.
They were very professional and caring during the process of sending our fur baby, Pierre, to kitty heaven. They made a very difficult time for us as smooth as possible. We are grateful for their professionalism and sympathetic service.
