The nail salon agreed to see me as a walk in 30 minutes before they closed. The nail technician could have been more engaged, but she was focused on observing the closing procedures, and I didn't feel like talking. My nails looked great, and I was satisfied.

Had my nails done today and it turned out okay. My issue is the clean up of my nails afterwards. I had dipped nails, but there was so much product left around my cuticles and packed under my nails. I expected better because I have gotten better from this salon. Also, I had a problem with my tech rushing. I know the outcome would have been better if he took more time and pride in his work.

Spa to get a pedi. First time there. Definitely would never recommend this place to my worst enemy! The girls doing our Pedi’s were so unfriendly. Esp one named Aimee She was so impersonable! Never spoke or looked at us.when we engaged her to ask a question she would not answer or help in any way. In a service industry position I’ve never experienced a more purposefully rude, unengaged, don’t care attitude. To top it off Our pedicures from start to finish lasted only 25 mins! So rushed and totally unworthy. After reporting our experience the gentleman checking us out gave a 20% discount. But we’ll never return employees are RUDE!

The manager is awesome, she provides an excellent customer service, always finds a spot for you even if you don’t have an appointment. The staff is very friendly and do an amazing job. Everyone there is very professional and expert

Nick was the absolute best! I showed him what I wanted and he delivered. Only thing I will say is they could use a real glass (like the old salon I used to go to before I found Nick) for the wine instead of a flimsy plastic cup.

I used to love this place. Went there yesterday for a REFILL and paid around 90$ for nails with a simple design. My old grown out acrylic nails were still showing and nothing was done on their end to try to fix it. They tried putting the blame on me and said that I should’ve told the nail tech to not use transparent nail polish on my nails if I didn’t want the regrowth to show (i’m not a nail expert). They care more about making money than keeping their clients.

The did a subpar job on my manicure. Charged an extra 3 dollars for a buff that they put back inside the box after using on me which makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the tools.

Customer service is basically non existent. Called a few times to see different prices only to get told that I had been calling “all morning” and got hung up on. Unfortunately I have a gift card to this place and cannot get the money in cash from it, absolutely horrible and rude service. Will not be spending my money here, ever.

I am so disappointed I’ve been there so many times I always get the best service but this time it’s so bad experience I did the dip powder which usually last for 2 weeks or more but the lady was in hurry to go home I guess within just a week the nail polish start to peel my nails start to break my nails start to look so bad it’s only Been a week or less I’m so mad I paid more than $45 plus $5 for critical to last for just a week never go back there again

First time here in two years. I remembered the reasons I stopped patronizing. This place nickel and dimes you. They charge $5 for reshaping when nails were not reshaped.just filed. Also they'll tell you your cuticles need trimming and charge $5 for that. I felt rushed to select a color and the tech was not patient enough to allow a chance to take a look. Never again. There are too many other customer friendly establishmetnts.

Horrible experience. Woman that did my nails made comments that were very upsetting and rude about my disability. My anxiety disorder causes me to pick at my skin and bite my nails. It was extremely painful. She even made a comment at the end that I was a " challenge " and it really upset me. The quality of the nails is very poor and my hands still hurt badly from excessive use of the dremel tool. Some type of chemical put on the nails got into a cut I had on my hand and nothing was done about it. Very painful.

Best nail salon I’ve been to! Got the signature pedicure, very relaxing. Prices in line with other salons, except this place is more luxurious and smells good. Staff very professional too. Liked that they had the pedicure seats set up in little nooks too, made it private. Will definitely be back!

Hello! It wasn't always convenient for me to get my nails done so far from my city, but it was worth it.
For my sister's birthday, three of my sisters went in to get our nails done together. TOM was incredibly attentive to my particular requests, which no other shop cared to recognize, but he also understood why I needed them. My nail beds are almost kid-sized, which is smaller than typical. However, Tom understood that when regular shops add tips, they do not take into account how the tips should be proportioned to the nail beds. Tom did a great job, I was able to get best-looking nails yet.
It makes a significant difference when they hear the details. Thank you so much.

I have been here twice and I absolutely love it! They really do a nice job avoiding damaging nails with application and removal of gel or dip and that is a big deal for me. Tony is my fave!
