Venice Nail Bar El Paso

I went here once, and it was not worth the money I spent. The employees didn't know what they were doing and one was rude. I left with bad acrylic nails and it wasn't even what I wanted.

This is a really good Nail Salon. They are very clean & efficient! I like them a lot! I got a Pedicure and they give you a chair body massage & leg massage. It was awesome! & they are very affordable too!

I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they got it spot on! They even chose the colors for me based on the photo I showed them so I didn’t have to. I’ve never had a nail salon get so close to a photo that I wanted them to look like. I’ve never had them choose the polish for me either!

This is by far the BEST nail salon I’ve ever been to! They were so attentive and went beyond my expectations for a gel manicure. I had such a good experience that I will no longer return to my old “go to” nail salon because my standards are higher now haha. Thank you so much and my nails look great I love them!

Staff works efficiently, is friendly and gives great manicures and pedicures! Very relaxing atmosphere!

Rude staff and over priced. All I wanted was full set plain white acrylic medium length nails and it came out to $95 very over priced.

Came in with a picture and was really hoping they would be able to make it happen. Not only did they make it happen, but it looked even better than the inspo. I absolutely loved everything about this set! Thank you!

Always very clean & friendly service in spacious environment - comfy chairs with heating pack for your back & large variety of nail polish colors. You will not be disappointed.

Attention to details manicurists. Both the owner and his partner are really gentle and detail oriented. They always made my nails look perfect. They took their times and no rushing to get nails done beautifully. I'm so glad that they stay open after the pandemic. Definitely my go to nail spa now.

I am very disappointed in how my nails turned out. My boyfriend and I came in and the pedicures were amazing! Such sweet people who did them. My guy even put my sandles on for me!

But once it was time for my manicure the guy was obviously in a rush, he was breathing hard and was very frantic. Did my my cuticles with a drill and only a drill which was very painful. Very rough and didn't care that I was in pain, my acrylics are very flat, crooked, and sloppy, he did not take even an extra two minutes to at least shape them and give me the coffin shape I wanted! Some of my nails are squares! I was very upset and my amazing experience was ruined at that moment. I am going to be returning to see if I can at least get it fixed considering the price I paid for these nails. If they're not willing to at least fix it I will be asking for a removal and refund just for the nails because these are definitely low effort and tacky.

What is happening to this place? Are they hiring just anyone to do the job?

This place is clean and zen. I went in for a pedicure. They put cucumbers and mint in the soaking water. I'm definitely returning the customer service was excellent.

I like the service here, I always do a pedicure. Staff is very friendly and they have a wide variety of nail colors. Affordable prices. Very clean and professional setting.

Fantastic service, impressive color selection, and prices are good! I would definitely recommend getting your nails done here! I don't get my nails done often but the handful of times I have on the east coast, the quality was not there. Also nice that it's a small shop, they take walkins, and it wasn't packed.

Decided to get my nails done and this place popped up, thank goodness! There were 2 gentlemen inside, both had great enegry and greeted me immediately when I entered. My nails were a mess after not having been touched in 6weeks. The gentlemen was so patient gentle and still paid attention to detail while bringing my nails back to life! Thank you so much I will definitely return!

Went in for a full acrylic set and they were so wonderful. Clean salon and offered me something to drink right away. I made a reservation and think its best to because they had lots of walk ins during my visit. Diverse crowd and everyone was treated well. My coffin shaped nails are perfect.

Everybody is always pleasant and professional! Everytime I go here they treat me so well! Also this is the only place I know who offers adult beverage while you are being pampered! Recommend it to everyone!
