I had a wonderful experience here recently! My mom and I went in to get bags with matching accessories for my bridesmaids (x5) The girls that work in here were so helpful and sweet! They know the names of all of the patterns and helped us find things that would go together. They were never pushy and were just all around great! The store was very clean and organized and had so much cute stuff. I would absolutely go back and I must say that the girls that work there are the best!
My experiences at Vera Bradley have all been great except at this location. Staff their discriminate and think everyone shoplifts. Most uncomfortable shopping experience.
Went for a gift. The salesperson was nice. They didn't really ask if I needed help. But when I asked for help they did great in assisting me.
