2After they started the job, it was nearly impossible to get them to finish. I had to contact the owner (who was the only helpful one). The crew did everything they could to make sure they did not go above and beyond. The job has yet to be completed to my satisfaction. I will attach photos of what was “complete”
These guys did a dog run for me and the workmanship was really good. The crew chief communicated very well with me throughout and asked me how I wanted to do several things. They were respectful and easy to get along with.
The job was going to take 3 days but ended up being 4 partly because of scheduling on their end and staffing issues which were not the fault of the business.
Overall the experience was easy and they were able to get to work within a week. The job is finished and I still haven't even heard from some of the other companies that were supposed to have a look.
Highly recommend.
