Nancy C.at the Midland corporate store was a tremendous help when I was purchasing a new phone. I had an appointment and was greeted right on time. It is so nice to have someone explain everything without getting irritated or trying to rush things along. 5 stars to Nancy!

Store had an offal selection of phones and cases. There customer service is also not that great. Biggest thing is how they are handled covid, it makes it very difficult if you are trying to get a family member a phone that is not able to edit the account because they are only allowing one person to be with a sales associate at a time. So I had to stand outside of the store and do everything off my phone while my wife went inside to pick out a phone, extremely inconvenient.

Wild experience at Verizon. I don’t know how people in charge didn’t realize this guy was drunk. He smelled like alcohol & was really aggressive while asking me for my information. His name was Anthony & raised his voice multiple times when I couldn’t understand what he was saying due to his slurring.

Very helpful in these trying times. Glad I had to go to this store over the odessa store. The difference in good customer service shows.

I get covid is going on right now but the customer service was horrible. We had two things we wanted to ask help on and the lady’s answers to us, was to go home and do it. It was like she didn’t want to help and was pushing us out the door. I have never had such a bad experience at a Verizon store.

Worse than going to Walmart. I hate dealing with them. Their customer service sucks. They keep transferring you to someone else. Repeat the same info over and over. Still getting zero results.

Walked in, no one greeted us, no no hello no place or person to sign us in. Waited 10 minutes nothing. Guess you didn’t want to sell a smart watch and accessories ‍️

Love this Verizon location! Everyone is so helpful and doesn't make you feel rushed. Jonathan was so kind and addressed all my issues without hesitation.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They got me fixed up quickly with the new devices I was adding and the changes that I needed to make to my account. I really appreciated the candor of my salesman and his suggestions on how to protect my new equipment. Nice folks to do business with!

Terrible service, would not help me with what I needed, but helped my husband with the same question the next day. The man assigned to help me had no idea what he was doing.

I got no help, only when I made my new purchases & they scanned my debit card. The gentleman said he didn't know how to transfer my pictures over to my new phone & he said it was too busy for him to ask for help, so that I'd have to take a loss. He wasn't rude when he said that, but now I've lost so many memories & only pictures I have of my son as an infant. It's an unfortunate loss. Poor service, but no hard feelings.

Amazing customer service we walked today to switch from att to Verizon because the cover more places in midland the lady who helped us she is amazing and perfect she helped us in every steps by calling att to get the account number to switch our account she was really patient with us I believe her name gizally she really made our day thank you again also we recommend you do to switch to Verizon if u work in oil industry because u will have amazing coverage in all areas in mishh my midland

This is the only corporate Verizon store in Midland and it shows. They have a team of dedicated employees who are very knowledgeable and ready to help. If possible, try to avoid peak times as the lines can get really long.

My phone was acting possessed n then froze. I use my phone for work. I arrived 10 min till closing n the rep stayed n got it working again and it took till near hour after closing. He never complained n was very nice

The ONLY good "Corporate Store" in Midland/Odessa! Great staff! Whatever you do, do NOT go to the Odessa store.after [over] 2 DECADES.that's decades of LOYAL - never a late payment - the Odessa store management (it's not so much the employees, it's management there is HORRID; beyond unprofessional!) is HORRIBLE. THANK GOD the Midland Store has chosen to go in a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT DIRECTION! As such, I'd be remiss if I didn't express my gratitude and appreciation!

STAY AWAY FROM ODESSA "CORPORATE" on 42nd; go to a dealer or the MIDLAND "CORPORATE STORE" on Loop 250! Props Guys!)

Tried to upgrade wife's phone. After waiting for 2 hours they told us we weren't eligible for an upgrade and would have to pay full price. We went to Best buy and received far and away better service and as it turned out we were eligible for an upgrade and we saved over six hundred dollars.

Not enough employees to get you in and out. Especially if your their on your lunch break. Expect at least 45-an hour wait.

Came here to get help with my prepaid account, Anthony was able to assist with everything that I needed without skipping a beat! He called in to reconnect my suspended line, updated the SIM and device ID, left with everything working properly. Exceptional service, as I always expect from this Midland Verizon store. What I appreciated the most is that I was not treated differently for being a prepaid customer.
