17Have been having issues with cell phone and was able to get a new SIM card and fixed the issue right away. I’ve been a customer for about 15 years and there no deal good enough to switch. Also I have never had a dropped call or a dead spot. I’ve always been able to call and be called and that how a great phone company provides! Get with Verizon soon as you can you want be disappointed.
Specialist's are very unprofessional, uninterested to customers concerns, unwilling to provide customer service!
If you do need anything done, make sure you have 3 hours to spare and be prepared to stand around and wait while all the employees flirt with customers and get nothing done.
Store says they open at 9 am on Monday well I showed up at 9: 56 and they still had the gates down and locked up. This was a non holiday day.
They always do there best to help us with whatever we need. We've had Verizon for the last 10 yrs or more.
U cant call this store, so u never know when their system might be down or not, drove an hour to go get my wifes phone transferred to my plan and they told us to drive back within 30 days to do the trade in cuz of their system, cant call so gotta wing it again hopefully today goes better. Wish me luck.

Came in to look at new phones. The guy who came to "help" me told me he wouldn't help because he thought I was unlikely to buy. At least he helped me know where not to buy a phone. Thanks for that.
They staff was friendly, honest, and helpful. I was greeted at the door and directed to the correct location for my needs. It seems like everyone works well together and is professional. Highly recommend!
Store is temporarily closed it would be nice for them to update the website so people don’t travel for no reason
I went there to buy a new phone. But for some reason the service was so slow and after waiting about 20 minutes watching they help one costumer, and with other three that arrived there before me, I gave up.
I came here before work to switch plans to Verizon. They open at 9, so I had some work that could be done offline that I was able to do in my car. The staff didn't show up until 10 with several people waiting outside. The reason they didn't show up was because they were out of stock on most phones. Most of the people waiting were not needing a phone that day. That was very frustrating. Once inside, the salesman was nice and knowledgeable.
Came on Sunday but the wait was long so we “scheduled an appointment” to come back today, Tuesday at 6pm. We arrived today at 6pm only to see the store had been closed down an hour early with no explanation. One of the staff came out and said they had someone call in sick so they closed an hour early due to the “45 min wait”. I asked why that affected our “appointment” to which I got a shrug. Don’t waste your time here.
Sent my mother to this store to buy a iphone a case and 2 chargers, before going we had called the Verizon company on the phone and they had stated that they would annotate her file to waive the $35 activation fee, upon arriving at the store the sales person looked it up was able to see the annotation on the file yet refused to waive the fee, stating it would hurt the stores sales statistics. I wonder how not getting any sale and a bad review affected this locations sales statistics. We will be getting all our accessories and equipment from other locations from now on. Your customers and actually making a sale should come before getting "maximum" statistics. I was once a retail manger for 15 years, I would never have allowed this practice.
Very help and attentive staff. Clean environment, staff sanitized demo devices after customer used them. Purchased a new phone line and tablet. Took minimal time and all costs were explained upfront. 10/10
