They need to fire Sergio ASAP he was not helpful at all worst costumer service ever from his part! They need to be better at choosing their representatives Thankfully their manager Cristian was able to help but the horrible experience we had with the previous guy definitely ruined the good image I had of Verizon

Why make an appointment when they don’t even honored it Worse customer service ever not your friendly Verizon store.

I was attempting to get a sim card on my new phone, since I've been a long time Verizon employee, but I was pretty much turned away. The gentleman who spoke to me told me to send the phone back to Amazon and get it so Verizon logo shows up when I boot up the phone, but my phone is unlocked, so I should get to use any services.

Let’s just say I didn’t want to trade in my perfectly fine iPhone 6S but I had no other option when it was unlocked yet not compatible with Verizon. I left out of there with a brand new iPhone 11. Thanks anyway to Hector the manager & the sales associate for being kind & not minding my 21 month old rearranging their merchandise.

The people there are very friendly knowledgeable and I only go to One location because they remember me and handle all my needs

This place is super busy and we waited a really long time for help but once we got it we were happy with the outcome.

Amazing customer service.been here a couple of times. I will choose this location over the one near my house. Today I had issues with my phone and hector helped me out. I’m extremly satisfied with their service.when I walked in some other guy helped me out.he’s helped me before but didn’t catch his name.

Spoke with Chris about getting internet to my house in the country. Based on my location and requirements.he advised me that Verizon really did not have anything to fit my needs. The TRUTH for once and not just closing the deal. Thanks Chris.i'll be back.

These people at Verizon are so helpful inpatient they go away out their way to help the customers and I like that the music be entertaining also

Service sucks need more communication with the customers was in line for 1 hr and didn't have the phone I was asking and they assured me they had it in stock

Love the network but if i would have known they were coming out with a new note, i would have waited to purchase new phone now they want to charge arm and leg to change. I love the Note.

Called three dif Verizon stores looking for a charger for my htc rezound because it looks differentfrom a micro USB charger. They all told me I'dhave to order online. Anthony told me my micro would work just the same and it did.

These guys are great. There was almost no wait to get helped and they helped me find a better plan that actually cost me less money each month than what I was already paying.
