Excellent customer service! Octavio answered all my questions patiently plus explained me all my perks and the best way to use them. Also gave me a copy of all the changes we made to my plan to have a back up, this was a proactive service! Thank you Octavio I give you 5 stars! Will definitely come back:)

Ignored completely for 20 minutes after walking in, lied to about the availability if the phone I wanted just to make an upsell, phone not even activated and lied to about the process to activate it.
Worst. Experience. Ever

What is the point of having a Verizon store, when you can’t even get customer service or help? If you order or do you transactions over the phone with Verizon, you will not be able to go in the store and get any help. The help they will give you is to refer you to get back on the phone with customer service.

Store with the worst customer care I have encountered from Verizon. Made an appointment and left comments about what I was looking to accomplish. They did not even bother to look into it, and coming to the store could had been avoided.

Pete, the general manager at this location, just spent 3 1/2 hours fixing my issue. When the corporate representatives didn't understand my issue, he did not give up and went above and beyond to help me. At one point, Pete had two phones, my phone, and a tablet on the line with different reps to get my problem resolved. I can't thank Pete enough for finding a fix for my phone issue while maintaining such a positive attitude with me and my 2 young kids.

The must frustrating experience. Have now been in the store twice and walk out without getting anything accomplished. They don’t have enough people working and when you finally get help they have to run back and ask the manager all the questions. I was trying to switch over to another account and he couldn’t help me in store so he gave me a number to call… the number was not even a verizon number. Overall an incredibly frustrating experience.

Very very poor service. I have been unimpressed on multiple occasions at this particular store. The last straw was an in-store appointment that was abruptly canceled without so much as a phone call. I had moved several other appointments to keep this particular Verizon in-store appointment. They are inefficient and time wasters. I highly recommend you avoid this store.

Inside shopping is not what it used to be, when you could walk into a verzion store, pick your phone, and the people working with you gave you great service. Answered all your questions, they made you feel very uninformative. Opened up your phone, helped set up new phone, making sure your information, text, contacts, photos were uploaded to you new phone vey quickly. They new and wanted to help you. Making you feel comfortable knowing you basic setting were set up. Then when you walk out of the store you were ready to go. When you get home, you only had to set a few personalized settings. WHAT HAPPENED TO PEOPLE CARING? My sales person did not offer any information about phone. How to use. I guess you can tell by my worries Im older than the younger tech person. I loved the Verzion store in LaPotre / Pasadena are service center. Only help I got from sales person, he added cloud to down load my information from old phone. He knew we did not have internet in our area and offered no additional help. He was very nice and seamed knowledgable in his field, you just had to pull it out of him. He would not give me phone number to this store to him if I had issues setting up my new phone. Again no customer service, in stead I get home, was on hold for 30 minutes to speak to tech services, another 30 minutes going over downloads, etc. Now I know why when you call into customer service, the wait is so long. They only have a few people to service all stores that sell phones, which is a lot.

This is not reflective of the store but the company. They make separating incredibly difficult with added fees. Hated to leave after 15 years but the rate just got to be too much.

Visited the store only to be told to make appt for later this week. Came to brick and mortar store because I waited twice for customer service on the phone for a total of just over 3 hours. Worked and worked to to get my issue resolved. Needed to update to unlimited plan. Like I said after waiting on hold (one dropped call when agent answered and another long hold I spent 45 min with agent trying to figure out why as account manager I couldn't get into my acct. She talked with other team members and supervisor. No one could figure it out. At the end of using computer to log on, back doors and so on I was told the system was rebooting. Agent swore, gave me her word not only as an agent but as a individual that she would call me back in two to two half hours. We'll she called. LIKE YEAH BUT NO, NOT IN TWO HOURS FOUR HOURS NEXT DAY NOTHING.
Son is in military. Current position is on base. We were tired of paying overages. He tried also to change plans and couldn't log on. He is also an account manager.
He got so passed off that he and his wife went to T-mobile. They paid off one phone, got the new Galaxy S20 plus for next to nothing and have credit given to their bill for 12 months for changing.
Point is customer service has fallen like "BRANDONS" approval rating.
We have been with Verizon for 24 years.
WAS GREAT TILL IT WASN'T. SEE YA VERIZON!

Don't trust them! I bought an overpriced phone charging cord from them a month ago and they told me that my name and info would be recorded in their system and if it stopped working I wouldn't need the receipt because I would be in the computer. I put in a bunch of info into their system but then the phone cord broke and I went to replace the cord which says Verizon on it but they wouldnt help me. I feel swindled. Their phone service is overpriced too. You can find cheaper service with better coverage.

Great service! Quick is bunnies it's just always busy. With people that are having long conversations that they don't need to be having with the service reps asking computer questions instead of cell phone questions and the service reps end up having to reply over and over and over with you'll have to call a computer technician for that. I guess people around here think this is the Best buy. Take it to geek squad guys

Went yesterday to add my line to my husbands phone plan at Verizon. John helped us the second we stepped in. He was new, and asking for reassurance from coworkers to make sure he was doing everything right. He was super sweet, nice and patient. We arrived there about 30 minutes before closing and he didn’t even seem to worry about the time and more worried to make sure we left satisfied. Oscar was helping him as well with everything we were getting, he was nice to John and to us. We went there only to add a line and left with 2 new phones and accessories. I hope those two men are recognized by their bosses. Great customer service!

Terrible customer service. The employees there are not professional at all! I switched from cricket to Verizon online and was told to pick up the SIM cards at store. However, when I got to the store, the employee there told me the SIM cards would be shipped in mail. What? Who should I trust?
