Service was fast and exceptional. Erika was super friendly and answer all my question, will definitely go back to that store in the future.

Visited this store last week when I decided to get the new iPhone. Erika was very knowledgeable and helpful she advised me to order the phone as it will hard to get one later I glad I did I got my phone fast and easy and she helped me set up my device and everything right there in store I will definitely come to this store for all my mobile needs in the future.

EDIT: I never left this review. The people who set up my phone did this while it was syncing. Very unprofessional. Also my phone didn't even get set up correctly. Do not recommend this store.

Erika was very pleasant to work with today. Customer service over the phone was the frustrating - waiting nearly a 1/2 hour to get assistance, but that was no fault of hers.

Great phone buying experience. Faez Tapadar was very patient with a couple of elderly, technically challenged individuals and was very diligent helping us understand the changeover from AT&T to Verizon. We are returning to Verizon after a short unsatisfactory relationship with AT@T.

Fez & Roman are the absolute best! While purchasing new phones for my daughter & they truly went over & beyond to help us during the whole process.they could not have been anymore professional & kind. It was absolutely the best experience by far that I've had @ any Verizon store/location!

If I could give it zero Stars and nothing but red flags I would! We tried buying new devices and we were misled and misinformed about everything we purchased. They refuse to help us, the manager was extremely confrontational disrespectful and rude. We traded in an iPhone and an iWatch and they never credited it to our account and said the phone and watch disappeared! How convenient for this store!

Verizon saved a customer today. Ramones fantastic. He listened to issue I was having, and then solved the problem. 3 months of dealing with Verizon on line, or showing up at the corporate store only to not have them be open.even after scheduling an appointment! This location was a breath of fresh air. Thank you Romone for great customer service and patience with a frustrating situation!
