Gentlemen in the store were nice and got me the plan I wanted and phone I wanted. Paid $126 in the store and told me that was payment for activation fees and that my next bill and subsequent bills would be $109. Also traded in my phone for a promotion of $800 off any device. My first bill was $224 which had activation fees and did not reflect my trade in. Called the store and they nicely said that's how it is. Don't even go to Russell cellular, go to an actual Verizon store if you want it straight.

This company will rob you. The sales rep don’t know the products they sell and will lie to you. They also will take a device refund it and then mail it out to whatever address they want any tell you that you have the device and you still owe the money. Go to the corporate store do not buy anything from this place.

I upgraded to I Phone 15 Pro Max from this branch. Brandon was really kind and patiently explained things to me. Even though I am not a native speaker. I 100 percent recommend this Verizon. I’m looking forward new phone.

I just went into buy a Iphone 15 Pro Max and it was amazing. I was talking with Brandon today, and he was very patient with me and he was explaining all the steps. I am looking forward to pick up my phone and enjoy my new phone in the future. Im also looking forward to do more business with Brandon as well. Thank you. If you are in Lindale, 100% recommend!

I was sold a new phone under the trade-in promotion back in September 2022. The lady working did not tell us any of the details which included you must keep the line for 36 months or transferring lines would nullify your trade in credit. Now I am stuck with $400 in phone payments and ripped off of my phone trade in last year. Beware of this business not correctly informing its customers. Go somewhere else.

Lawson, the store manager, was extremely helpful and courteous in our upgrade of new phones. He was very patient when our old phones were not cooperating, will definitely come back for any phone needs. 5 stars for customer service but would love to see some more comfortable seating for the long process

Went into Verizon to pay my bill by check. I was told they do not except checks. I then pulled out me credit card and they said they do not take credit cards. They said I need to either go on line and pay the bill or pay in cash. Went to the bank got the money and went back to pay in cash. They said they didn't have change since the amount was 20 cents over, so I pulled out a quarter. They said I paid too much and they didn't have change. They finally said they would skip the change. I called Verizon and ask if this was their policy to not except checks or Credit cards. They called several Russel Cellular dealers and they assured her that this was their policy. I question a business in the 21st century not taking credit cards or checks. Might want to consider another Cellular service.
