Amir was super helpful. Even with him being busy he made sure to acknowledge me while he helped another customer.

Very professional, excellent staff with John and Aamir they were two of the best employees I had the pleasure of setting up a new plan and reactivating new phones.

We came into the store to look at information on new upgrades. Johnson was super helpful and friendly in assisting us, and was so patient as I wanted to note what the price difference, months, cost etc. He was multitasking and serving other customers while our phones were getting sorted. Thank you! It was all done on the famous “Black Friday”!

The store hours say they close at 7pm. We arrived at 6: 40pm. The lights were out and the front door was locked. We even scanned the QR code on the door to go to the website and even there it said that the store is supposed to open and closes at 7pm.

Went to buy new pbone. Arrived at store at 6: 55pm. Store hours say they close wt 8pm. Doors were locked. Associate saw me at the door and never came. Called store. He answered and said they close at 7pm but he closed early to do inventory. Bad customer service. Will never go back.

I have Verizon but, they false advertise on their commercials l. They leave all of the pertinent details out. I’ll finish this contract out then I’ll make the switch again!

Devin at the Verizon store on Bulverde Rd.was the absolute best; very helpful, knowledgeable, and nice as can be. He was able to help multiple people at once effectively and without keeping anybody waiting unnecessarily. We had just come from a different Verizon store in the area where there were four times as many staff and the service / experience was still subpar to what he was able to manage single handedly. Will definitely be returning to this location in the future.
