Verizon, Anna TX

Iman and Maya were quite helpful with my iPhone upgrade. Fastest upgrade I’ve done so far. The Victra store in Anna had a good selection of phone cases and accessories.

I went to the store in Anna Texas Iman helped me he was able to get me the iPhone 15 plus and the Apple Watch was extremely helpful I will be back at that store to receive top notch customer services very great experience!

Iman at the Anna, Tx location was phenomenal. He helped so many people and was so detail organized with each customer.

Am always anxious when approaching someone for help but this team treat you as besties and they know their stuff. Don't ever let them go.

Here, buy this piece of plastic to go over the lense. Okay.
Sales guy puts it on wrong. A corner of the plastic is stuck to the otter box.
He proceeds to remove it 2 more times before saying that it's good.
I told him the adhesive isn't good but he assured me it's fine.
It fell off the same day. I took it back up there and that $30 piece of plastic isn't under warranty. I have to buy a new one? What a joke.

This place was great! I was in there to get my new phone and it was just this one dude in there. He was doing his absolute best to take equal care of anyone in there. Will definitely go back!

After more than 10 years away from Verizon, I finally came back. The business plans are a great deal for the nation’s fastest and most reliable network. Our sales rep was helpful and very knowledgeable.

We were helped by Iman M. His professionalism was like no other. Even though we walked in very close to closing. He did not make us feel rushed, at closing time he locked the door, and when we apologized for keeping him later, he told us not to worry, and proceeded to help us.

We were switching from another carrier to Verizon. There was a total of four phones, and he patiently, answered all her questions and concerns. The process took a long time, not because of him, but because of issues on our part, and yet Iman never made us feel like we were taking too much of his time.

After receiving our phones and doing the transfers, we went home, and had a few glitches, we called Iman, and he helped us through everything. We never felt like we were gonna be left to fend for ourselves.

We have referred this store to several people now, and plan to do the same with anyone who is interested and cell phones.

This is my preferred Verizon store. Josh (& Iman) are both very congenial yet professional & knew how to make a stressful situation less stresful. After my Android literally died Josh got me set up
w/my new phone. Everything was seamless - no muss, no fuss.

I went to this location and the doors were locked like no one was there. The sign says open 11 to 7 pm, but it was not open and there was not any other signs.

We had an amazing experience at this Anna location! Josh and Imam were both polite, professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! Even though it was starting to get busy, they addressed everyone who came through the doors and served them as quickly as possible! Thank you for a painless experience!
