Verizon Authorized Retailer - Russell Cellular, San Antonio TX

I came to this store for my account pin transfer since I was unable to get it over the phone.

The representative: a short bigger individual with dark hair, was in the back at time, came up to the front and was rude upon greeting me, and told me I had to call Verizon for it; so I did, then they told me I could get it at a store so I went to a different store and they gave it to me right away no issues.

Not sure why he didn’t help me, but it was a waste of my time. It shouldn’t be hard to do your job, if it is find another job that requires less brain power?

Horrible Customer Service! I went in to buy an IPhone and asking what kind of promotions they had we got “Help” from some big guy… he was just trying to make a sell and NOT help at all he did not care! He was trying to give us the run around! And when I finally made a decision and decided to buy something after all he was trying to sell me a “charger” if not he wasn’t able to sell me the phone how ridiculous does that sound! Would definitely not recommend this place don’t waste ur time!

I’ve had Verizon for 8 years and this is hands down the best Verizon store I’ve ever been to in every aspect. Just look at how many 5 star reviews they have that’s all you need to know

Grace and Ismail were the Best. Knowledgeable, efficient and so welcoming and friendly. Truly felt that my best interest was at hand with them.

Came in looking to switch service providers but couldn't commit today. Despite that, Grace took the time to help explain some problems I had with my current phone with a different provider. She's awesome for that and I'll be back Monday to switch over! Thanks Grace again.

Grace and Izzy made our visit a great one! We had a bunch of complications and they were patient and got us through all of it. I appreciate them taking the time to explain things we didn’t understand and really showing us the breakdown of it all. Our first visit with Izzy was just as great as this one! My phone suddenly died, and I have to use my phone for two of my jobs. I had issues with the number I had been given in order to obtain a replacement phone under the insurance. Needless to say, I showed up early this morning right before opening. Grace greeted me with a smile and took her time to ensure that I got the best customer service. She turned a bad situation into a good one by helping me upgrade to a better phone using an offer found on my account. I left the store with a better phone and peace of mind.

Amazing service is how I would describe my experience. Seyone was very kind patient and extremely helpful. Good service is hard to find these days but wow he nailed it.

Izzy was so helpful! He was able to get mine and my husbands phone traded in at high value. He was very personable and friendly! He explained and answered any questions we had. The manager. Seyone, also made sure we were taken care of. Wonderful customer service! 10/10 would recommend!

Went to the store almost at closing time to see why my new phone was not working the sales guys Ismael was very nice n help me with my problem, more sales guys should be helpful like Ismael

Grace was absolutely amazing. I'm coming over from t-mobile due to the bad service and had the pleasure of getting a great service, great phone and great customer service.
