Verizon Authorized Retailer - Cellular Sales, Brenham TX

I dread going to cellular stores because most are staffed by either incompetent people or people trying to upsell you things you don't need. This store does NEITHER of those things. Gilbert was awesome and helped me get exactly what I needed (an older tablet from Verizon reactivated) at an even better price point than I anticipated while keeping the benefits I already had with my existing plan. We were in and out within 30 minutes - couldn't be happier!

Typical sales man. I went in to upgrade my phone something newer with expandable memory.the fat guy said that "they don't make phones with that anymore because they need all the space they can get for the 5000mH battery. " Hesitantly, I bought the moto edge for $17.35 a month for 36 months ($624.50). I then went home and looked on the Motorola website and low and behold there is the moto g 5g Stylus 2022 with expandable memory AND a 5000mH battery, for. $299.99!
Oh, I almost forgot, the moto edge that I was sold was the 2021 version.
As a veteran who's relocating back to TX for obvious reasons, this did not sit well with me.
I returned the phone the next morning and another employee helped me. He was very accommodating and polite to be honest and he is the reason this is a

First off, you have to say his full name, it’s like “A Tribe Called Quest” it would be disrespectful to a person of that quality, the only exception is if you add the prefix honorific of “Mr. ”. Frazier Simmons was an absolute incredible sales representative. I was on vacation I Georgia/South Carolina and had a mishap with my phone.it had to be replaced. Frazier took care of our needs and had me setup with my new phone, etc within an hour! Tremendous service.

Today, had to go back to Verizon.my 100 percent guaranteed screen protector that Frazier had sold me cracked. I was back home.went to my local Verizon store and once again.fantastic service.
