Verizon Authorized Retailer - Russell Cellular, Nacogdoches TX

Jurea (I probably have spelling wrong!) helped me more than any customer service rep or technician that I have spoken with almost daily for three weeks trying to figure out why my hotspot, Bluetooth nor email would work on my new iPhone 14. She made a personal trip out to my home & fixed EVERYTHING! Over & above outstanding customer service to an extremely technically challenged old lady! I hope she is rewarded accordingly! So rare these days to find true, caring service. ️

This place is just a retail outlet. Anything beyond sales tuck your tail and go somewhere else. You won’t get any help here!

Jacob is friendly and extremely helpful, wouldn’t go to Verizon if it weren’t for his great customer service!

Visited this store on Saturday. I was the only person in the place. My phone wouldn’t turn on. The lady at the store told me it was the battery and I could buy a new phone or take it down the road for repair. She wasn’t helpful at all. I took it down the road. They said it wasn’t the battery. Almost bought a new phone, but then decided to go to another store an hour away. The lady at the actual Verizon store was able to get my phone started and I didn’t have to bug a new one. I will not be coming back to this store.

We had to get my mother a new phone due to her old phone getting a bath in the washer. The young lady that assisted us did a good job. The problem is, another of the employees was complaining about the manager not giving her the next Friday off (name started with a J). She kept saying “I don’t know what his problem is, he doesn’t have any reason not to give it to me”. The girl that was helping us and one other was chiming in and all 3 were complaining about the manager not giving her the days off. This is totally unprofessional and inappropriate for any employee to do in front of a customer. Those three do not represent Verizon well. We won’t be doing business here any longer!

We highly commend Keila for her total support & absolute kind assistance. She went way above & beyond to help us every time we entered into the Verizon store, no matter what the circumstance. She provides the most outstanding customer service, demonstrates excellent communication skills, has phenomenal experience, she's a total joy &, an amazing blessing!

My iPhone 12 was giving me issues and so I went to talk to them and they were able to help and give me a solution of getting a iPhone 14. Went in the next week to get it and I was helped by Jarai! She was a great help and was able to help me get my new phone and was able to get my data transferred within an hour! I will definitely go back if I need help again!

This store could not help me or accommodate anything that I needed, I was trying to get info about my phone in order to buy a new one

Martell was very friendly and knowledgeable of all devices and equipment. It was very busy and he helped everyone and a timely manner all by his self.

He was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the product. Was willing to give the best advice for the item that I need.

One of the things that I enjoy the most is is personable service. I receive that there and I'm happy with the service I received.

Zach made my Verizon store experience as painless as possible. I always put off going to the phone store, because it normally takes hours and hours. Not so today! No hassle, no pressure.
