I walked in with my new IPhone 13 Pro Max today in my hand needing help transferring everything over from one phone to the other. Cheyenne was the best! She was so very good. She helped me with picking out my Kate Spade case and putting my screen protector on. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales consultant. Cheyenne is such a sweet young lady.

From the moment I got a call saying my phone was ready to going and picking it up was a great experience. Everyone was very nice. The service is horrible. I've been there multiple times and I've never been helped properly, or they say they can't do it. I go to the other Verizon store down the street and they fix all my problems, that these people say they could not fix. The workers are rude as well.

As I grow older I feel more and more like FRED FLINSTONE when it comes to electronics.
Not only do I use RUSSELL CELLULAR for my phone payment but from time to time I have issues with my phone and or internet issues. Everytime I go to their store with need for help, they assist me immediately. I truly appreciate this.
