I had a terrible experience with this "Verizon" store. This store is actually a third party according to individuals from their actual corporate store. They apparently operate under a different set of rules than the corporate Verizon store.
I purchased two mobile phones and added a line to my account from this location and paid for them in total.well, a month later and I've received a bill from Verizon for $360! I usually pay around $90 for myself and I was told that my wife's plan would be $80. $80 + $90 = $170 according to basic math. How could that have possibly doubled?
Well, after pulling the bill to look at each item charged, we've been charged with a third phone line that should NOT exist. Even though I paid off both phones when I purchased them, I'm somehow paying $5 a month for my phone and 21 cents for my wife's phone (petty right?). AND I've got extra insurance on the phones even though I never asked for it. My wife and I were repeatedly told that the "perk" we would be receiving as part of our plan was free.it was not. And how in the world can a person pay to activate their phone in the store only to pay a separate activation fee later on? If the phone was already activated.what am I paying for exactly?
This whole experience was terrible and, after three years with Verizon, I'm switching to T-Mobile after this epic failure.
Marilyn came in at lunch time, she helped me on files in five minutes that it took me two hours to not complete, nice and professional.
Cynthia Mejia- she's so friendly. Explained everything to us. Double and triple checked to make sure we were OK with our changes. She helped make sure all our devices were setup and good to go before we left. She was just very helpful and I would recommend anyone to make an appointment with her. Such a pleasure to work with her.
Cynthia Mejia was so nice and helpful. She was so knowledgeable and made sure we understood all our offers and comparisons between current and new phones. She made the upgrade process easy and comfortable. I really dread making changes, but she made it much more tolerable and I'm so glad we made an appointment with her. Next time we upgrade, I'm going to request her. I highly recommend if you need help at Verizon, ask for Cynthia. She really was great.
My sales rep was not available but Cynthia was a great substitute. SHe was knowledgable and was able to pick up right where the other rep left off.

Alyssa with Cellular Sales was awesome in fixing an online order for me. I was on vacation and my online order was cancelled. Alyssa made all the right calls to get my order fixed and I walked out the store with a new phone and my original deal. The service was so great that I upgraded my kids’ phone also. The best in store customer service I have received in my decades of being a Verizon customer.
