13If I could have given them a no star I would have. This is NOT a Verizon Corporate store it's a Verizon VICTRA store. They entered my promo for trade in credit wrong, they charged 39.95 for transferring information from one phone to another for each of my 5 lines which at a corporate store there is no charge. I had to go in to the store 3 times to get other issues fixed which was a total headache. If you want help to do a corporate store not a VICTRA store.
Be careful, Jason adds extras and doesn't let you know, when I caught on and contacted him he promised to reimburse me then never returned calls, texts, even his manager avoided the situation, this takes a 5 star review to a 1 star,
Mark & Jason helped us get situated with new phones, updated our phone plan and just got us all squared away. Mark was great to work with and took care of all our needs.

Got my new iPhone 14 pro it was an easy process. Thought I only got 440 off for trade in but my sale representative informed me I actually get 800 off and explained why.
Mark was amazing. We arrived around 6: 30p and needed to switch 2 lines. Unfortunately ended up staying well after closing for set-up, but Mark was patient, took care of us and never made us feel rushed.
Although I was deadset on what we needed, Mark actually encouraged a few accessory purchases along w home internet, all of which we feel good about.

Manager AJ gave great customer service went above and beyond helping us transfer our service over. We had to return again because we couldn't get one of our phones activated but the store was closed, she saw us pulled up and went outside after we were just about to leave to continue helping us setting up.
Excellent service. Ask for Jason, he was able to manage many customers at a time, he was fast and knowledgeable.
Very disappointed with the lack of quality service from this location and actually going through with the sale. They only have what appears to be only one employee at a time actually working. Often promise to call and never have after 2.5 weeks. Continuously have to go up to the store and met with some excuse followed by another false promise that they will call. No way of reaching actual store by phone but can see they answer personal calls with no problem. Corporate gives run around answers and also claim the store will contact by calling once phones are ready. Tired of this nightmare, avoid this location even if desperate. Only came here since they were open the latest and still carry the Verizon name. I was a Verizon customer for nearly 15 years prior to this and have never experienced such a poor experience. Go to the real deal, Victra has failed.

Easy visit, went in received what I asked for and wasn’t unsold on anything that was not welcomed. Will definitely return.
We waited an hour to pick up an “in stock order” only to have the only employee in the store tell us it wasn’t in stock. During that hour the employee had similar excuses for every single customer that he “helped”. Not a single customer in an hour walked out with proper resolution for their issue. I’ll be shocked if this location is open in 12 months.
