Mani was amazing! She was super fast and clearly knew what she was talking about. She was also very friendly! This location was a much more pleasant visit than some other locations I have been to, and it was completely because of her.
Christopher was knowledgeable, professional, but best of all, friendly. He had an immediate answer to my problem.
Furthermore, when I upgrade my phone in the near future I can't imagine a better guy than Christopher to help me with that process.

My husband and I have dealt with Christopher before and he is such a doll. Has such a great disposition and makes sure that he gives us the bottom line. There is a lady I believe from Mexico or with some kind of accent there that did not tell me some very pertinent information and almost made me quit verizon. I would like her to be reprimanded. I was talking to Christopher about this matter and he's the one who clarified it for me. I got extremely upset but he stayed calm which helped me calm down. He has a great attitude and he is very good at suggestive selling without you even knowing it. Good job with christopher. God bless
Chris really made up for the last time that I was there. I don't remember the name of the two associates but they were nothing but inappropriate and unprofessional.
Chris, however, was absolutely fantastic! He was attentive and gave us exactly what we needed in terms of information and product!
I came to this location for assistance with my son's account. Understandably, the associate was unable to offer much help as I am not on my son's account. The problem I have, and why I'm giving one star is the attitude and demeanor of the Verizon associate. He clearly had other more important things to do, as evidenced by his impatience. There were also a couple of eye rolls that did not go unnoticed along with an unsettling hint of condescension each time he spoke. I'm disappointed about this encounter because up until now, I've had nothing but pleasant experiences with the associates at this location. Maybe he was having a bad day. Maybe he is just a pretentious a**. If the latter is true, he should work on that. If he was truly just having a bad day, I'm sorry for that and encourage him to find ways to keep the effects of his bad day separate from his job in customer service.
Unfortunately it’s probably the reality of budget for labor and/or worker availability but our experience was completely unacceptable. Arrived to the store closed at 1: 15 pm. Sign on door temp closed. Had to come back later. Arrived back to one worker attending two other customers and us in line. I don’t recognize the lack of productivity in my country anymore. Sad.
Christopher was very nice amd helpful. He went above and beyond. I appreciate going into Verizon and feeling like I am important to a company. Thank You Chris, for all you did today.
Mani helped me out, though she mentioned she doesn't usually work at this location I'm glad i got to have a good experience because of her amazing personality. Also loving my new phone. She made everything very easy and I didn't pay a thing in store!
