I have been with Verona going on 5 years and would not have it any other way. When our family made the move to Princeton from Allen, I contacted Verona in advance to see what I needed to do get things set up. They made everything so easy for us I was dumbfounded. The day we moved into our new home, Verona already had everything set up for us and had our internet up and running. At the end of a loong day of moving, we were able to sit down and relax and stream movies to decompress all thanks to Verona and their team. I see where other reviews complain about not having a person answer the phone at Verona 24/7. I personally have no problem with that since no matter what issue I may have come up and no matter the time or day, I simply shoot them an email or leave them a voicemail and within minutes of receiving my message they are diagnosing the problem and getting it resolved. Do I always get a phone call from them in response to any message I leave them? No. Nor do I request one. Instead of calling me and wasting their time, they simply start working on whatever the problem may be and they fix it. Any dips or drops I may encounter with Verona, are the exact same issues I encountered with big name internet companies previously. The difference is, Verona actually values customer service and takes care of you. With the other big-name companies, any pleas for help with problems disappeared into their void of uncaring customer service reps. Our family relies on Verona for EVERYTHING internet related. I work full time from home, school is remote, streaming services for movies etc, online grocery shopping and gaming systems, you name it. That being said, multiple devices are constantly in use and other than weather related issues, we do not have problems with our service provided by Verona. If you want an ISP company with a team that works hard to make sure you have quality internet and provides quality customer service as well by actually resolving any issues you may encounter, the I HIGHLY recommend you contact Verona Networks. And while I am here, a big THANK YOU to Verona and their team for everything they do to keep us up and running!

Their advanced package that claims it can handle “streaming on multiple devices and online gaming”. This is not the case, my desktop is connected via Ethernet cable and I never get a good enough connection to anything remotely close to online gaming.

My first experience with Verona started out rather rough, however its greatly improved since then. I've been a customer for 8 years now and honestly I'm quite happy with my internet. We don't have much option for fiber optics or anything els in this area and Verona has kept up and keeps out performing other providers for my area that I've seen. Thank you Verona!

Internet out all day today. There should be a customer service/call center open on Saturdays for reporting outages.

This is a great company they try to get to everyone as soon as they can. I’ve been with them for years now. Have some kinks but they do try to work them out.

Other than all the power going off in the middle of the installation internet was installed the next day without a hitch. Thank you Verona Networks for getting me back on line.

I have been with them for almost a year the first two to three months were a bit rocky but im sure that was due to the home schoolers. Every time i have called i have received a call back no issues there! I live in blue ridge so we have good internet connection i will continue using them

We have tried NO LESS than 5times to contact this company with NO RETURN calls (emailed, left voice message and Web Inquiry). We even had Lowry Crossing secretary reach out to them (as she recommended them and said they are bidding to support the town). And NOTHING/NO RESPONSE. I can only imagine what would happen after being a customer and needing support.

Been with them for years, quality has improved with time. Jason at the office knows his business and the techs that come to the house are professional, knowledgeable, and don't make you feel like a dummy when you ask questions. No matter how big Princeton gets, as long as I am here they will continue to get my business.

Internet service is terrible, it is never even close to advertised MBPS, a truly awful internet experience.

Professional installation with personalized service. Everyone was very helpful through the whole process, from initial consult to installation of service. Very happy with choice to go with Verona Networks. I would recommend them to all my friends.

I didn't have internet for 3 weeks and they finally fixed it today. It took the Technicians an hour to fix it. I still don't understand why it took so long for them to realize that there was a problem with my reciever. Not only that but it took too long to send someone to check on the hardware. The only reason I'm giving a higher rating is because the Technicians were knowledgeable, courteous and fixed the problem right away.
