I never expected such compassionate, thorough, and knowledgeable care from a clinic attached to a chain store. Both Dr & tech were outstanding, and it was easy to get an appointment quickly. Pricing was very fair, better than several private vets we've tried.

Our first visit was great! We brought one of our cats in for his annual checkup and vaccines today. Alex was very friendly and thorough, giving us an estimate prior to service. She was able to use the $25 coupon emailed to us upon making the appointment, a vaccine bundle discount, as well as the Vital Care Premier discount eliminating the $51for comprehensive exam. The vaccine prices seem to be on par with the vet we had been seeing before. It would be nice to be able to go back with your pet during the exam, but we knew going into it that wouldn't be the case. Dr. Clever gave us ample time to have our questions answered and we were pleased with the service. Thanks, y'all!

Recently when I brought my pet in for a concern, I don’t feel they took it very seriously. They sort of made me feel like I was a helicopter parent who was making a big deal out of nothing. So I took my pet to a different place, and now he’s on the medication he needs to be getting better.

I’d say it’s kind of the luck of the draw here - sometimes you get a great vet/vet tech but sometimes it feels like the service isn’t as good.

My review for this place is based on the attention, care, patience and kindness of one vet: Dr. Autumn Paul has been taking care of my 11 years old goldendoodle since I moved from NYC to Dallas this past April. My dog has history having being diagnosed with Addison’s disease when he was 2 and I knew it could be hard to find a doctor that understands the disease and treatment plan but Dr. Paul made me feel at ease right at our first visit. She’s super caring and I am beyond pleased and happy with the treatment my dog has been getting under her care at Vetco.

Pathetic. Is there anything less that 1 star rating? They are so rude, arrogant and disrespectful. Charged us more despite being viral care member. Not even a word of apology for charging us extra. Very disappointing customer service. I don’t think I will take my puppy there anymore.

These folks helped us find a vet to help my dog immediately instead of waiting for a spot with them that day. Saved us time and money! Very kind and helpful receptionist, Thanks!

This place ripped us off! I want to start by saying that the front desk lady, Pepper, was amazing and so kind and understanding, the tech however (the girl with short pink hair), was extremely rude and played us. She forced us to give our cat a vaccine she already got because they didn’t have it on file. Not only that, but she quoted us for a price, $38, and we were supposed to get an extra $25 off because we had a coupon, but when we went to check out, it turned out that the price was in fact $59 and what she quoted us for was already with a $21 discount. So basically we agreed to do a vaccine, thinking it was going to be one price knowing that we have a coupon, but our $25 off was never actually applied because she made it sound like the vaccine is $38 and not $59. She was also completely dismissive and so unpleasant. We got charged over $100 just for the vet to take one look at our cat and say that she’s fine. I’m very disappointed and will definitely not be coming back.

I've taken my dog to this Petco Hospital for a couple of years now and they have always been very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring to my pet. I have vital care which helps greatly reduces the cost of vet visits which is another good reason to go here.

Dr. Paul and staff are the greatest. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
Our fearful dog warmed up to them and is excited to go. He needed to be tranquilized at other clinics. Dr. Paul diagnosed a recurring issue that had been unable to be solve previously by other vets.
We are so happy to get a diagnosis and to know what to do to make Thanos life more enjoyable.
We're hoping Dr. Paul will be able to continue treating him for many years.

After years of service our last encounter was horrible. Staff treated us in an aggressive manner. It makes me wonder how they treat the pets? They take all pets to the back of the clinic behind closed doors. Owners do not see what they do to their pets.

Dr Paul and all the Vetco techs were wonderful, as usual! They have been following ongoing issues with one of my dogs, who appeared to have another infection that we needed to get checked out. Dr Paul provided detailed information about the nature of the condition and provided me the cost estimate before any services were rendered. The techs kept me updated while they were providing trwatment. Following treatment, she gave me clear explanation of everything that she did. She then provided additional follow-up suggestions and directed me to additional resources.

Always a great experience. This is a very genuine, caring, and skilled staff that I trust with the care of my precious pooches!

Don’t trust your pet with ALLEN LOCATION! People here are RUDE & don’t care about your PET! Definitely don't waste your time.

Decided we needed a new vet and this was by far the best decision ever. Dr. And techs were amazing.

I'm hard of hearing, so going to New offices (doctors or vets) is a challenge because I'm not sure if I'll understand what's being said, but this vector location was kind, quick, welcoming, and spoke very clearly so I knew exactly what was going on with my cat.
