As an Engineering Consultant, I am hyper critical about my experience with companies, customer service and the individuals I interact with in obtaining goods and services. Based on my expertise in helping all types of business improve their front and backend processes, I can recommend this Veterinary based on my sick cat situation. They have an excellent facility and staff. I ran into a problem with updates on my cat medical issues but it was quickly resolved to my sattisfaction. Wiliness to be open to contructive feedback is rare. As clients, we need to recognize that they are periodically slammed by customer demands and we need to be patient and courteous in our interaction with the staff. Based on my observation, there are areas they can improve, but the care and love for your fur baby is the best.

I go way back when Dr Morton Sr.started treating my pets. He was so wonderful and compassionate with them. Now I take them to Morton Jr.
This last month my very special buddy got very sick. I thought I was going to lose him for a while. Mister my cat means the world to me. Over several visits and xrays and blood work Dr. Morton saved my cats life. He is back to good health, eating and drinking and playing. All this cost 2400.00 and I don’t give a hoot because I love my cat way more then that.
Everyone there is wonderful and caring. Dr. Morton your the best and thank you so very much.

This is how my baby was giving back after a surgery with a 90 percent success rate from the vet. She pasted 5 days later.

She went to get her booster shots for parvo and rabies. She loves the people who are there.

I'm glad I gave these folks a second try. About 4 years ago we had a not so good experience here for an after hours visit with my dog. I swore I would never come back. But after one of my best friends kept telling me about how wonderful everyone is here, I took another shot earlier this year after my neighbor's pit bull had one of my cats entirely in her mouth! She was only trying to play, I think, but an 80 lb pit can do a lot of damage to a 4 lb kitten even if only playing! Of course, it was on a Friday night, AFTER HOURS, and I didn't know where else to take my poor traumatized kitten to make sure she didn't have any internal bleeding or other injuries. Everyone was so nice and compassionate. We had called in advance, so when we arrived, we were taken back to a room immediately and the doctor came right in. She was given a thorough exam, with x-rays to make sure everything was in the right place inside. Thank goodness there was no damage, other than some emotional stress, and we were able to bring her home that evening. The office was super reasonable, and they even allowed me to pay the remaining balance a few weeks later. Since then we have had her vaccinated, spayed and her nails clipped, along with 2 of our other cats. Every time we go there, the experience has been great! Thank you so much!

Had an emergency the eve of Thanksgiving, close to 5pm. My normal vet said they wouldn't help me because it was close to closing time and to go to Tyler Emergency. I called Morton, told them the issue and they said come on in. Took care of my dog getting hit by a truck, called me close to 10pm that night with update and I got to pick my dog up on Thanksgiving day. That is service! They were all very nice and took great care of my dog. They are now my vet for everything.

My baby boy tiny was and is very sick and i was a very scared mamma and the staff not only has been carrying for him. But they have also helped me along as well through out this long crazy journey from Haiti's. Thank to Dr Embry again for the wounderful care and quick Acton to my baby boy. Love his very scared mamma and daddy.

As always I know every time I bring our fur babies in they are in good hands the staff is always so sweet and caring

My first visit here was an after hour emergency. Now I bring all the dogs here. Anyone complaining about high prices, has not done comparative pricing. Anyone complaining about lack of communication, is not really trying. These people are the best. I speak from many years of experience.

Amazing care and attention to details. A very knowledgeable staff and earned my trust. For what service they provided, the cost are very reasonable.

The visit itself took entirely too long (over 3 hours) for a simple problem/diagnosis. And then was practically forced to use their in house pharmacy for extremely OVERPRICED medications! As if the visit/tests weren’t already expensive enough… Not happy!

They are very professional and always show care for your pet. Kennel services are also great.

The VMCA is phenomenal! It’s bright, open, clean and fresh smelling when you walk in. The front desk is quick to get pets checked in, weighed and into a room.
I have two German Shepherd Dogs that have had a rough past and are very distrusting of strangers, but the amount of affection, dedication and love the entire staff has shown these two is amazing.
Even the grooming my dogs received here was incredible!
The cost is way more affordable than I would’ve imagined for the high quality service and care provided.
I can’t thank the individuals here enough for the care they’ve given my dogs. This is definitely a clinic I will continue to take all of my pets to!
