This gym is nestled in the heart of the Houston Galleria area. It has a variety of free weights, machines and exercise equipment. The trainers offer challenging group classes in the morning and afternoons. The owner and members are friendly and welcoming. The overall environment is safe and the facility is clean.

This Gym is amazing, safe affordable and the atmosphere is very uplifting. Everyone is a regular and it's more like a fitt community. Hidden Gem of Houston.

Excellent gym and great people. Been a member for a little over a year now. It’s rarely busy, always clean, and they have all of the machines/weights I need. On top of all that, everyone at the gym is friendly, and although I lift with headphones in, I frequently pause my own music cause they’re always playing certified bangers.

I stopped by twice in one day, rang the doorbell and they were closed during the advertised business hours.

Absolutely delightful place and a wonderful, kind, friendly staff. The gym is small but extremely functional; every piece of equipment looks like new and is well taken care of, the space sparkling clean is very well utilized. I stopped by to check out this fitness center to see if it'd be the right place for me and was offered a trial visit with no questions asked - no forms to fill, no personal information, no liability wavers, no payment. The wonderful staff person on duty even brought me a bottle of water seeing that I didn't have one. And similarly, no questions as I was leaving, just a friendly smile and an invitation to come back. Needless to say, I WILL be coming back!
