Via 313 Pizza, Austin TX

Great pizza. Best I’ve ever had. If you order for pickup/delivery plan on adding 30-45 minutes to the time they tell you. My order is NEVER ready when I arrive at the time on my confirmation email

Staff was extremely rude. The girl literally kept rolling her eyes to me and speaking behind my back. I preordered and had to wait extra time for a burned pizza. Very disappointing, a lot of potential wasted.

The west 6th St location never gets my order correct. Ever! You can’t reach them by phone at that location either, you get a message stating they are busy with other customers and the mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message. Don’t order from this location because whoever is running it doesn’t seem to care

Being from Baltimore and loving some good New York and Baltimore Style pizza. I was pleasantly surprised by Via 313 and their Detroit style pizza. Was absolutely delicious. No complaints at all. SOOO GOOD

The only place that can make a gluten free pizza that’s THICKY THICK! Cole and Sterling made my visit very fun and enjoyable! The pizza is amazing and I’d recommend the Detroit with crushed pineapples …. Instead of the big circular ones!

Pretty bad service had to ask multiple times to order. Waited 2+ hrs for pizza to arrive. Pizza was not worth the wait. Don’t waste your time here.

At first we walked right by the food truck that is Via 313. It is located next to or on the property of the Star bar. You are more than welcome to sit at the outside bar area without drinking. You order at the truck and they bring the pizza to you once done. Now for the pizza. It was delicious. The sauce was flavorful and the dough was crispy on the outside. The two pizzas we got were both the Detriot style with the thick crust. I had the Ambassador Bridge. The Ricotta I think made the pizza. It was meaty and cheesy. It was the perfect choice. My friend had the Herbivore pizza. She loved it. The ranch tasted like homemade. My friend also enjoyed her original Orange Faygo.

We were celebrating a birthday of my sister that day and ordered some beer and several types of pizza

I really wanted to seat on the patio, but mosquitoes were so importunate, so we moved inside

Pizza was delicious especially margarita one
The wait was a little longer than we expected, but it’s ok, we had a good company and beers

Surprisingly our server brought us very tasty cinnamon sticks in the end of the meal

I believe the cinnamon sticks were complimentary, thank you

Our dinner for three ppl + beers costed $100 with tips

I would definitely order more pizza just for my self next time

Probably a crapshoot so take your chances… The Heavy-set long bearded guy in the trailer was having a bad night…very vey poor attitude how he was speaking to folks and us… so we left without ordering.

Love that they have gluten free and dairy free options as well as vegan pepperoni. Which didn't even make sense to me at first but for a chain not bad. Just feel gassy after no biggie. Would return for Detroit style square pizza

Really good pizza. They have a nice plain vegan option and vegan cheese for a small up charge. The portions are pretty good for the price. There can be a long wait at this location but the estimated wait times are very accurate in my experience.

Via 313 is among the top 2-3 best pizza's I've ever had. Your ingredients and sauce are very flavorful. I just tried a Jet's pizza (a competitor who also makes Detroit style crust). Nowhere close to as good as yours. You should invite the owner of Jet's to fly down to Austin and try yours.

Pizza was great but this is a food truck with the only tables nearby being part of a loud, hot, outdoor bar. Pizza took 45 minutes to receive after the order and it wasn't that busy.

Called for a takeout order…11: 05pm CST. Lady on the phone became unprofessional after my phone started having cell reception issues and hung up on me. Called back 10+ times over in the next 30 min only to be forwarded each time, even though they close at 12am CST. Confirmed they were open and ignoring calls after going in and watching the phone ring whilst being open.

The quality of the pizza was okay. I was expecting more for how expensive it was. The ingredients were simple and of low quality and the crust was pretty basic for an “Detroit style pizza”. Bottom was a little burned also. Might cut it for a late night snack and I do give the owners credit for trying a Detroit classic in Austin but it just didn’t make it for me.

The pizza was pretty good, a little pricey but I'd say it's worth it, just don't add to many extra toppings. My 3 stars it's all about one of the guys attending the pizza trailer, the one with the longer beard, very pour attitude and he just made me feel unwanted and uncomfortable, he didn't even had to charge me or anything, I ordered, payed and left a nice tip online, we did eat the pizza there but didn't get much service from the guy except picked up the pizza and get napkins, I would change this to 4 stars if the rest of my party add some good thoughts
