Absolutely fantastic. Came to replace my rear shock (BMW 750i). Had an amazing experience. Great customer service, friendly people, good communication, fast, great repair work and over all very good prices. I recommend this place to EVERYBODY. Bring your cars in, this people are the best in town.

We've been going to Vibe Auto since they opened. The owner is really nice. I took my mom's Lexus there no one else could get the alignment right. Vibe auto did an awesome job. We take all of our cars there. Great job!

This place beats my expectations on prices and service! Many other shops didn’t want to use break pads unless they aren’t purchased from the shop themselves. These guys are willing to work with you and help you out! Keep up the great work fellas!

Poor customer service and wrong diagnosis to fix my car problem. Very rude technicians there

Service was bad. Zero customer service. I got an oil change and they did a very mess job. When I got home my car was dripping oil. I will never go back.

Never thought I would say this but like i go there for everything and this time i went for a oil change and to check my alignment front one was bad so i got it done at the end they charged me $60 when for all 4 wheels is $70 and i told the guy that i paid $35 last time when i got it done and he doesn’t care this was my stop for every little maintenance but i have to find a better shop, i am never going back there again sadly

Paid 60 bucks for an alignment and the next couple of days I needed another one. Don't believe I ever received one. Didn't take but 10 mins for me to ne in and out total rip off

Ok, if I could give 10 stars then that's what it would be. Took my sons car there Saturday 12/03/22, car was over heating, hector called and said it needed a new cover and the price was $250. Cool go ahead and do it.later that day car is finished. My son drove the car the following Monday and it stalled and was over hearing again. I had the car towed back to Vibe explained the situation. After another look the replaced the hose that connects to the heater. $180 job but Hector waived it for me. He did tell me some other news about the car that needs to be fixed that has nothing to do what was assigned. In the end they could have easily charged me another $200 bucks for a simple job but they chose to waive it. That's standup in my book. And these guys have my business for life.
