My loved one was here recently and I will say the facility was nice and the staff were great. He always talked about how great the staff were like Ella, Shawna, Kesha in wound care. It’s a breath of fresh air knowing you can send your loved one somewhere and they will be cared for greatly. Thanks vibra

I've been a patient here for over a month, and am glad to say my experience is as good as it is at the best hospitals. The staff is very professional and I healed quicker than I would have anywhere else. The food is good too.

The service that I received from the staff was excellent. Ms. Ella was great, kind, and friendly, Ms. Plashette was also excellent when it came to the food service. It’s rare to find a good doctor that combines such personal touches with outstanding quality medical care. I highly recommend this hospital! I would have no qualms in recommending them to my family and friends.

Huynh is a PT at this hospital and is wonderful! He had me stand and I had no problems standing at all! Definitely made me feel comfortable and my confidence level rose. He had patience with me. Shout out to all the nurses, techs and Wound care team!

The case managers Brenda, Larry and Jimmy were very helpful. When touring the facility the staff was very nice and the facility had a great atmosphere. They had a icu unit where my loved one admitted to and received great care. I am very thankful for everything they have done.

Plashette is so sweet, great person to talk to when help is needed she will get the job done. Great boss to work with as well she puts her job first and make sure her employees are happy. We need more managers like that to make the employee feel wanted. I will always come back to this place and recommend people because of Plashette. Food is great everything taste so good best I have ever tasted in the hospital before. They are so clean and neat and well organized! The Kitchen staff did such an amazing job on the food and so respectful!

Call lights are on 10 to 15 minutes before they are answered.
Night shift nurses and techs need better training. LIMB ALERT MEANS DONT TOUCH. They need to think of the patient as if it was their family. Husband laid dirty for hours. I had to clean him myself, then tech decides to show up, at this time I refused her help. SORRY is the answer for everything, not in my case.
If I have to take care of him and make sure they do their job properly WHY DO I NEED HIM AT THE FACILITY. This is the exact reason I chose to stay with him. MAKE SURE HE IS TAKEN CARE PROPERLY, not forgotten about.
Only charge nurse and 1 night nurse act like they actually know what they are doing.

Day shift is awesome and attentive to his care. Couldn't ask for any better staff taking care of him. The cafeteria is omg amazing as well. The food you receive is large portions, and very reasonable priced. The call light issue needs attention as well.

I pray our stay here gets much better.

I can’t speak highly enough of the staff at this facility! From the front desk when you walk in to all the staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful. My family member is quite the handful so I give you all props for putting up with him during his stay! Keep up the good work!

My husband was a patient there and they never checked his arm band to confirm identity for his meds, lax security as he actually left the facility and went to store to get cigarettes and never missed.the nurses were

pretty promiscuous

. Melanie would meet my husband outside quite often! I felt pretty insecure about his care due to being over medicated the facility stunk and patients lay in urine. Don't go there! Especially Melanie! Vanessa a tech would slap my husband on his butt walking down the hall

My cousin was not given his supper because of laziness or plain didn't care enough to bring my cousin his supper. My cousin was told that kitchen was closed. My poor cousin was brought crackers. This is not right nor professional and the head of this place needs to know.

I only wish my mother could help write this review but sadly she passed away in this facility. Care was, in my experience, consistently inconsistent. As it was a long drive I would call on some days and wait for hours to hear back from the nurse in charge that day - special shout out to Philomena for never returning my call when I had Covid and was unable visit my dying mother! She couldn't be bothered to call me at such a critical time. There seems to be no grief counseling here or support system for family of patients. In a place like this, that is a real weakness. One day a nurse told me that mom was taking an antibiotic - for a fungal infection! (like what kind of "nurse" would say such a thing? !?) I received conflicting information on numerous occasions from various staff members. Regarding cleanliness, the bases of the rolling IV stands were rusted and had bits of chrome flaking off and the room was never as clean as I felt it should be. The floor was often crumby looking and I could smell urine in the room. That never happened in the real hospital. Lastly - the two doctors. Don't get me started. Those two guys really really took the cake. One of them barely spoke to me at all and the other said at least one thing to me that wasn't even factually correct - stating my mother had suffered a stroke when she had not. She had a heart attack, for crying out loud. I pointed this out to him and he then snapped at me "Well, she isn't exactly going to do a crossword puzzle this afternoon is she? ! " Horrible! Horrible, horrible, horrible. A place of nightmares. If you can have your loved one placed elsewhere, please do. For me, this will always be remembered as a house of pain. Gloomy and depressing. Hopelessness and helplessness. I am so sorry we chose this place. When you're in the hospital and have to make these decisions, deliberate long and hard. Visit the facility. Not everyone who ends up here has a positive experience. We learned this lesson the hard way. My beautiful mother deserved better than this. I will never get over this place and the heartache it brought us.

Very comfortable facility. The majority of the nurses were very attentive and caring for my loved one and the facility was kept very clean throughout our stay.
