VIC Auto Collision & Repair, Spring TX

If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I have been taking my car to a "friend" for a few months. After the last "fix" was unsuccessful, I called Chris at Vic's. He took the time to explain so many things to me, make me feel confident that, even without seeing it, he could fix it. He gave me an estimate and scheduled a time I could come meet with him, even offering a loaner vehicle to drive while my car was with them.
After leaving my car at the shop, Chris called to let me know the extent of the repairs needed, more so than my original call. He worked with me on cost, explained the things I needed done to keep myself and my children safe on the road, and even made a plan for moving forward.
While my repairs aren't finished (only because of my own choice - $$), I am confident I will be returning to Vic's for all of my repair needs. I feel more educated and understand the route being taken. I am grateful I made it to Vic's before something bad happened. I am thankful they showed me genuine concern and made absolute sure my car was capable of keeping my babies safe.

Very nice people work here. Got another review mixed up with these guys. But my car is there now being fixed. But so far they are exceptional. Very good attitudes and not to mention the free loaner car. Really helped me out since my wife goes and leaves work at completely different times than me. Thank you guys and cant wait to get my car back.

Such an honest place. I just recently had my Audi serviced at Vics. It was quick. Workers were very honest and patient with my questions. I will be returning for my next check up.

Been taking my car to other shops over the years, this was the best experience Ive had when it comes to auto repair. They are friendly and service is excellent my vehicle runs great and will definitely recommend them to others.

I have brought my vehicles here a couple of times in the last few years, most recently about 2 weeks ago. Chris and Vic were wonderful in getting my repairs completed very quickly and keeping me abreast of the progress being made the entire time my vehicle was with them. The repairs were done perfectly! Vic's has been my go to shop for all my auto repairs for over 10 years. Always professional and friendly staff. 4 cars ranging from 2008 to 2016. My 2008 still runs like a champ.

A crook with no basic knowledge of mechanics over charging and not even taking care of the issue never again

Had a great experience at Vic's. Worked with Chris throughout the process and kept me well informed of their overall process and timeline. They delivered the car when they said they would and did a phenomenal job on my car. My car had significant damage to my bumper and had cracks in my tail lights, but they made my car look new again. I would definitely recommend going to Vic's for body work and will be recommending them to friends and family.

This was my first experience using Vic's Automotive and my experience was better than I could have anticipated. You know they're good when another auto maintenance shop recommended Vic's to me. Vic has the latest equipment to better diagnose problems. Not only did they do a god job fixing my older vehicle, but I was amazed when they told me that their work is guaranteed for 2 years.even if you encounter a problem when you're out of the area! I highly recommend Vic's.

This auto shop is very appealing from the outside. I was very pleased with the service i got at this place.

Vic and his team did a perfect job on painting my front and rear bumpers. They give top notch customer service. Vic is honest and fair. Their ultimate goal is to have your vehicle returned to you as if you just bought it off the lot! Before they returned my car to me, Vic noticed that there were some discrepancies with the paint job, so they gave me a call and notified me that they needed an extra day as they wanted to address and fix the issue as they do not return vehicles to their customers with sub par work. I could not be more happier and pleased with the final result! I highly recommend their services and will be taking my car to them for all future repairs and services!
