Victoria City Municipal Court

So I initially had a ticket, I took the driving course. I sent my certificate in via email because I was on vacation. The person I was emailing said I was allowed to do that and needed to come there in person because they couldn't be sure that it was me turning in the form. I asked if I could get a notary on New Mexico to verify and fax form in. The person said no. I had needed to turn in my driving record also but didn't see the point if they weren't taking it by email. Cut to I have court, the judge says she was fine with taking everything by email. So I plan to email the court my driving record, but it won't go through. I call to speak with them about it and they act as if there is no way to speak to judge or get any type of help.

Last time I was here David helped me sort out a citation asap and without fuss. It was simple in-and-out service. I had no complications completing anything and they had no issue getting me the information I needed and I have no complaints.
