Took over a month to get approval for water to be turned on under my name after property owner stated we weren't supposed to be living there even though i provided legal proof that we had a right to still reside at the residence & closed account in the middle of covid-19

Nice people but they never answer or call back. Very disappointed. I've tried calling all day to pay my water and no answer.

Talk about dated very sad in this time and age that places like this refuse to move forward and get with the times. Cash or check and you can't do anything on-line smh
