I called to insure my daughter who I just moved from out of state and was buying a new car. Spent a lot of time explaining how my daughter was out of state how she just recently got a Texas driver's license etc etc

I was given a quote and when I wanted to buy the quote it was then explained to me that they would mail out a application in the next 5 to 7 days I would fill it out and it would take another five to seven days to review it to honor the quote that was given to me. I explained my confusion and my predicament in the sense that I could not wait that long as my old insurance would not cover the new car in the new state

I was then advised to go online and apply and they felt I could be accepted immediately. I spent 30 minutes filling out all of the information and buying a renter's policy so that I could get multi policy discount. The problem was they charged me for the renters policy but inform me they were mailing out a paper application to me

I find this beyond frustrating and actually very strange that Geico would not Ensure a new car in a faster time period I felt the people that I spoke to at the local Geico office did not seem to have much knowledge and as a result wasted hours of my time

I really feel the people that speak on the phone to potential new customers should be knowledgeable about the products and the process. This is an indication of bad customer service and accordingly I would stay away

Without diving into much detail my husband and I are extremely overjoyed by the service we received from Victoria, when adding too and going over my vehicle’s renewal policy, to bringing in a bunch of mail that we had a hard time organizing, she went out of her way to help us organize our chaos. She was so thorough and knew exactly what she was doing every step of the way. We discussed things I didn’t even know Geico offered. We left with Geico’s Renters Insurance without being sold on it, but just a simple explanation on the benefits it had, discounts, etc.all in all a better understanding of our policy and better circumstance to our wellbeing.
Please don’t let this review be on deaf ears. Thank you Victoria and Myisha for everything and for the amazing service, we drove particularly to this location because of friends and family recommending this location. It’s because of people like you that make people like me take the time to submit a review, happy wife happy life!
