Victoria Place Apartments, Athens TX

I lived here from March 2012 to March 2013. I don't know why I didn't write this review sooner. Maybe management has changed or something, but when I was there I never had a maintenance issue that didn't get resolved. Sharee (I believe that was the managers name) was awesome. I only moved because I had to take care of my father. I guess Im one of the few that appreciated her sternness. She was a great property manager. Follow the rules, pay your rent and you will be fine. When I moved, I didn't get my deposit back, but that's on me for leaving a mess.

I loved living there in 2018 everyone was great there. I move to Florida and I’m ready to move back I’m hoping there is apartment available when I make that move. It will be real soon that I make that move. Probably within the next month so I’m hoping and praying.

They blame everything on me when it was already broken and dirty do not live here!

It's okay, management is either one way or another good or bad. Just never know what day your gonna get. I have family that lives their and getting them to fix something is hard to do.

I have been here for four and a half months.love it.love all my neighbors. I'm kind of in the back by the forest.but the buildings are beautiful and well taken care of.the grounds are beautiful and well taken care of and beautiful Crepe myrtle and magnolia trees and I think all of the apartments have a laundry room and a huge bathroom so I'm very pleased. This is just a Hidden Gem. I never knew these were here. Management seems very accommodating.

This place is awful they don’t take care of the grounds at all they don’t treat the grass for stickers and wait till they got a mini jungle before they cut the grass then of course the kids can’t play because they get stickers all over them.the play grounds are not kept up so stickers are growing in the play area so they can’t play safe there either. The grounds keeper And manager are both rude. Getting them to fix anything is a joke.
