Every staff member here was very nice, courteous, and helpful even though they were busy. The manager made sure to acknowledge every customer in the store and communicated with her team well. Will be back.

Great prices for the Semi-annual sale, but if you want to close the Dressing room an hour before close it might Be better to put a sign to let customers know. Customers are shopping around and might want to try on sizes before purchasing.

The cashier that attended me was charging me $101.09 while i got 3 underwear’s for $30 and 5 underwear’s for $30 which should be adding up to minimum $60 something dollars and whenever i asked her " why is it $101 " she decided to ignore my question and tells me to " insert my card ". Until i said " no " and asked her the question that i needed my answer too and just starts huffing and puffing rudely as if she is running out of breath.why ask to check me out if you are going to be rude?

The manager was so helpful and her mellow enthusiasm actually made my experience pleasant God's will this will be my new lingerie store.

There's always someone willing to help you find what you're looking for even if you have an issue with sizing. Very nice, smiling faces.

Got my granddaughter 5 pair of panties for $30 & then she was measured for a bra & she tried it & she loved it, so naturally we had to buy it! Nice employees & a clean store.

You can finally try things on in the fitting rooms! Which I'm very thankful for. Having to try on a bra outside my clothing caused me to purchase, on two separate occasions, the wrong sizes. They seemed fine outside my clothes. Duh. But when I got home and was able to actually try them, they didn't work out. Too awkward to make a return, I kept them. This past time I went I was actually able to try it out and make sure it was correct. The lady who measured me did an awesome job. Was super friendly and knew he stuff. Asked a few questions about my current fit, and was able to get me into the right size AND style of bra. The only reason it's getting 4 stars instead of 5 is because the line took forever to move as there was only one person as the register and everyone seemed to have returns ahead of me. Waiting for 20 minutes with an antsy toddler is almost impossible!

Love the beauty line and the line to get into the store wasn't long at all I'm so glad they take pre cautionary measures still

Kendall at the Victoria Secrets at North East Mall is just amazing. We buy everything on line now we have forgotten the joy amazing customer service gives you! From the moment we walked into the store until the moment we left she was helping us with everything. I came in with an item I bought online
wanting my money back because it didn’t fit properly and Instead I left with a bag full of items that do fit! Kendall thank you for the refreshing customer service you gave to my husband and I today.

They are too expensive just one pair of pants cost about $32 or 50 bucks it's crazy I'm not spend that much on what one pair of panties

Theres a victoria secret and a pink store about 300ft from each other. Usually they are together but not here at this mall.

For Pink specifically, their customer service was on point. Chelsea gave amazing recommendations and was very helpful and social and Kendall did an amazing job checking us out.

I called the store last week looking for a particular item. Chablis answered the phone. She knew exactly what I was talking about. She found the item and put it on hold for me. I arrived about 30 minutes later. Chablis was at the front. She went and grabbed the item for me. I found out later that Chablis is the manager. I have never been to a retail store where management will actually go into the stockroom to find an item and place it on hold for a customer. I was ecstatic! Chablis is amazing!
She's super friendly, sweet and professional. I'm so happy she helped me!

Service was absolutely terrible. One of the ladies kept harassing us and was very rude. The lady that checked us out was extremely unpleasant.

Service is okay but selection has dwindled down over the yrs. Seems as if bras are not same quality as they used to be. I'm sad. Not to mention the sizes no longer fit the same. I haven't changed in weight so not sure why bras fit so small now. The underwear is made cheap and moves on you. Guess it's time to shop somewhere elae
