They stock a good variety of sizes. The store is kept up as well as customers allow them to and service is fast and friendly.

Great sales after peak season. 60% off. I had gift cards for 5 years. I finally used them today

Wow! Super helpful staff and well organized. The place was crazypacked and busy. I was pretty impressed with how organized everything was. Everyone was friendly and check out was fast. They even ordered a few bras that they did not have in stock for us with free shipping. Will come to this location from now on.

Went in to return a bra without a receipt. The manger asked if i got it at their store because she said she hadn’t seen those type of bras in a while. I said yes and she kept asking questions, making me seem like i was lying. Overall bad experience. Highly recommend training your staff more.

A lot of times selection is picked over because they stay busy with traffic of customers. You can always go to another location or order online.
Overall the employees are nice and helpful when i have gone in there.

Worst customer service experience at a clothing store I’ve had. First ordered the incorrect item online and I noticed the sku was incorrect on my receipt when I got to my car I called to bring it to their attention and they assured me that I was wrong and proceeded to place me on hold for 5 mins and my phone ran out of battery on the call. I was on my way to work so I didn’t call back and unfortunately gave them the benefit of the doubt. I then of course received the wrong item and called them immediately. The girl who answered was so negative and didn’t seem interested in looking into the issue I had brought to her attention instead she said “well I’m sorry ma’am, by now the item you were wanting is probably sold out”. I came into the store today to get the correct order (which was not sold out by any means) and my phone died before I could get the right item (I had saw on my phone this morning) to show the correct one so the cashier gave me their ipad to find it and I wasn’t able to find it as easily and asked if they had a charger so I could just show them on my phone and they denied having one so I looked even harder on their version of the website and in the middle of me looking for it she informed me that they are probably SOLD OUT.found it 5 seconds later. I used to come here all the time, it seems y’all need to stray from hiring people with engrained bad attitudes. ALSO GOT THE SAME PANTY SHIPPED TO ME AGAIN. The cashier helping me the second time couldn’t stop talking to the other one about how ready she was to get off from her shift.

I love the products, but the employees is the reason I’m posting this review. I asked to be sized for a new bra and they brought me to the fitting room with a try-on bra and told me to push the button when I was done so they could come see the fit. I pushed it and waited. 2 minutes pass and I press again. A couple more minutes go by without anyone coming back so I took the bra off and left.

I love pink! The staff is also nice. Why 3 stars? Well, i used to buy XL sweaters and pants here a while ago and i noticed that the selection got smaller and smaller for XL. Now there are none items in my size anymore. I have a pink card and get all these nice emails from Victoria's secret saying that i should come back and they send me bday coupons.great! You guys dscriminate people who don't have model sizes. Just coming back to get some stuff for my daughters. My business is going somewhere else.

My GF and I came here looking around for some good deals and the staff did a fantastic job of helping us find what she was looking for. Some cool looking colors on the bras, but also many fine items in the back such as shirts, workout pants and workout gear, has a real good selection of body sprays as well.

Store has a good selection of body spray. I use the honey spray and other stores run out. Store here always has it in stock.

Staff is friendly and helpful at this location!
Very often they have sales but you can mostly get it online as well.
Store is organized and even on Black Fridays and holidays the lines are quick.

Lydia in particular was super helpful though all the ladies I encountered in this store were fabulous!

Always check your receipt, they have overcharged me twice. They corrected the problem promptly though. Great customer service.

They fit me for a bra and then told me that they dont carry my size and that I would have to order it online.

Really not that impressive. Usually crowded because the store is so packed with merchandise. Dark. Just a not sexy atmosphere and crazy overpriced. Granted it's good quality but come on.

Let me just make this clear first of all that this review is on the individual Pink LOCATION only. Not Pink Victoria's Secret. Pink Victoria's Secret itself and overall will always get my 5 stars. I don't usually shop lakeline mall Pink because it's the mall. Ugh. The girls here are just lazy and look miserable. I usually just order online n wait for my shipments. But when I go in the store it's usually the Domain in Austin Tx. It's less crowded and you get more personal attention. I am a big fan of Pink Victoria's Secret and have always been since they launched. I don't think there's a day that goes by that I'm not wearing something I bought from Pink. Everything from top to bottom to beauty products. My collection is massive. The quality is always amazing except however the most recent lines seem to be lacking in quality for the majority of their items. Wish they would refer back to the oldskool lines some n use a bit of that influence in the newer lines.

So the lines here are way too long as well and the store is stuffy n damn hot! Like I said the girls walk around in numbers seeming bored and completely unhappy with their jobs. I never got any help or was offered a bag on this visit. I was having to ask for help left n right from several different girls. So at checkout, not one if them got credit for helping me today. Thanks ladies! Keeping it classy. Righhhhhht. The girl who originally greeted me just kept reverting back to the panty bar as if she had nothing else to do but keep them panties folded! Come on. I expect way better from y'all! I'm by no means all over the top high maintenance and actually prefer to be left alone to shop n think, but when I do need the assistance etc. I'd like to have ONE girl I can look at and have her stick with me throughout the entire visit if needed n someone I can call by name and give credit for at checkout when they ask me who helped me this evening.

Retraining is in desperate need here! Pink is gonna start slipping in sales. Especially if you get enough ladies who are super high maintenance / stuck up and won't let this one slide! Good thing I'm super laid back & understanding. I'll let this one pass n just stick with the domain I guess.

On the bright side as I said as a company overall. I do adore Pink. The sales and promotions as well as coupons n mailers I get / perks and being a pink nation member really is worth it. And this is without holding an angel card. Don't fall for the % off just for applying for the stupid card! I would NEVER apply for one! If I had one I'd be tempted to buy way more than I already do. And if you aren't super smart with credit management DON'T APPLY! Be smart!

Yesterday I walked out with over $207.00 of FREE merchandise. So thanks Pink for that. I only paid $103.00 out of pocket this round. I usually have huge hauls. But found that I ran out of things to buy this round. Almost everything there right now I already have or just don't even like.

While we don't go here often, my wife likes taking advantage of their sales and other deals when they have them.

Workers were extremely rude no one asked to help with assistants, workers stood around gossiping I waiting in line for 5 mins without being helped (I was first in line) once I finally got some service. When I checked out I used my vs vip Cc and the cashiers attitude was totally different she apologized for the horrible service without me even to have to make a complaint. Which was totally wrong all costumers should be treated with the same amount of respect.
