I just recently bought some brand new panties from vs. Two of them are already falling apart, the thread is becoming unraveled and pulling out easily. I've gotten vs panties plenty of times in the past, and have never had this problem. Even with old ones that I've had for awhile. It just kind of sucks after spending all that money, and not getting much use out of them.

I went to get fitted and I think he fitted me wrong bc I've adjusted and done everything but these 2 bras don't fit right and they told me I couldn't return bc I wore already, kinda annoyed and disappointed bc I spent a bit of money for these bras not to fit right

Had a great experience, I didn't get the gentleman's name that helped me and measured me correctly, and then got another employee to help me find the perfect T-shirt bra, and the bonus was the bras were on sale, picked up 4 new ones! Thank you for the great customer service!

Boosted my self confidence! I went in today with my mother in law and we had a great experience! We were greeted at the front by Ivy and she helped us find our bra size. The process was a little confusing but she was very helpful. She was so welcoming and we had a great conversation. The selection there is so beautiful. As a husband to an incredibly hot wife you gotta love Vicky's lol. I always find myself looking for a reason to take my wife shopping here and she never ceases to amaze me with her choices. Yes you're gonna drop some cash here, but it's always money well spent. And when your wife walks out looking fine as wine, you just gotta drop what you're doing and well I gotta go!

Ivy was our sales lady and I will forever go back to this store because of her! She helped with sizing and made the experience non embarrassing for me who is a very shy person in general. It was a great shopping experience and she was very knowledgeable of the sizes how they should fit etc. My mother didn't help me out growing up so I had to learn all this myself with 3 girls of my own. Thank you so much live, well be back!

Never wanted to leave a VS faster. I can tell their GM just had some kind of misguided customer service meeting. Could not walk through it without being bothered every other minute and having bags pushed on us by every employee.

As soon I walked in I was greeted and told if I needed assistance pls ask. Moments later was young approached me discribring items on special walked out purchasing buy 2 get 2 free items very pleasant visit

Went to purchase new bras, attempted to try them on but the dressing rooms were closed. When I asked one of the associates I was told it was due to lack of staff. As I look around I see 4 associates doing absolutely nothing. Suggestion to management, assign the girl at the door who’s doing nothing to the fitting room, where she can stand and do nothing but at least I can try things on.

Didn’t catch my cashiers name but her cashier number on my receipt is 1837298, but she was very unwelcoming to the point i didn’t want to keep shopping there anymore that day because of how uncomfortable she made my experience at the register with my return. She didn’t welcome me when coming up to the register, she rudely denied my return… I’ve worked customer service before and know how to properly explain why i can’t accept a return and always apologized for having to deny it, but she was very cut throat to the point i almost cried but left the store before I did. I wanted to do a return to see how much credit i would have had for an exchange and even if it was denied i would of kept shopping around because i had a coupon but instead i went to La Cantera location instead and made a purchase there. Much better customer service there. I’ve never had someone make me that upset, i don’t think i was rude or anything to have deserved such a rude experience. My girlfriend and my daughter's to go spot for their cloths and underwear. Always friendly people working here and always willing to help.

Good looking panties, bought for gifts. Snooty, unhelpful (is that a word?) staff. If it's not, I think you will still get my meaning. My experience was less than optimum.

Always have the newest trends, most of the time in my size, helpful and friendly staff; lots of selections. Make the trip and enjoy the shopping!

The sales associate who helped me was excellent! She was very attentive and had a positive attitude. Then I went to check out. The young man behind the register was HORRIBLE. If you're in the business of customer service the least you could is pretend to be customer service focused. He was extremely rude with his nonchalant attitude. I asked if a particular fragrance was in stock and his answer was, "Uh yea I don't know! Sir can you find out? Or is that not part of your job? There was no thank or have a nice day at the end of the transaction either. VS Northstar- DO BETTER!

The store was clean everything was organized the young lady was very nice. And it smells so good in the store with the amazing perfume.

The associates were so helpful getting me sized and helping me find the right style! I recently had a reduction so I needed to get all new bras and I went in blind. I had multiple women help me find what felt and looked the best! Super great experience!

Everyone was very helpful and friendly and it's amazing when their sales are happening. Especially the panty sales. I happen to have a coupon and it took off $10 sweet deal. Yes they don't do military discount. Here is to hoping they support later down the road. But at least their workers are sweet.

Lillian and Stephanie were super helpful and very friendly! Stephanie helped me measure out my bra size super fast and Lillian was very sweet at the register.

I love this place. I wish I could work here. I wish it were OK for straight men to work here (and actually have a manager hire them). I applied and didn't even get a call for an interview. I think i would be great to let women know what is sexy to wear or not. The clothing is sexy and sturdy and needs to be worn!

Sarah kept me on hold for 15 minutes. I called back she then hung up on me. I called again and she said she would get her manager 5 minutes later still on hold. I think it's this store or the employee? No the usual VS customer service.
