Victoria's Secret & PINK, Allen TX

As a store with quality products, I would recommend Victoria's Secret. As a store front I would not recommend this location. I worked for Victoria Secret many years ago at a different location, so I'm familiar with the brand and customer service expectations. I walked into the Waters Creek location, no greeting or acknowledgement of walking in. There was an associate at the front entrance area. I proceeded to the back of the store, still no acknowledgement. Walked over to the sale section of the store and started looking at products, no acknowledgement, no shopping bag offer. Waited in line behind another customer with products in my hands and on my arms. An associate came over to let us in. No check-up in the dressing room. Finally, greeted at check-out by the cashier. Although, I didn't want one, but here is where I was trained to ask customers if they would be interested in applying for the Victoria Secret credit to help save on their purchase, earn rewards, etc. Nothing was offered to me or the customer next to me. Upon leaving no thank you for coming in by the associates by the door. Associate floor training needs to happen.

Employees should have been actively walking around offering a bra fitting, inquiring if I needed a shopping bag, what brings me in, etc.

Horrible customer service every time I come here. I am never greeted, no one is ever helpful or seems to care about their job. This location is tainting the VS brand.

Very busy location, parking sucks. The store was nice and organized. Employees were very nice.

How things have changed since covid is so sad. I just don't hardly find professional behavior anywhere any longer. This store use to help alot with sizing fitting you getting the right bra for you. When I asked for that help today I was meet in the store door with a measuring tape and told I should keep the new bra I bought a couple of days ago if it seems tight it will stretch. That was it for the professional fitting.

Would put 0 stars.i lost my phone yesterday at the location in watters creek the store closed and i knocked talking through the door they wouldn’t open that i had lost my phone.she went to the back and the closing manager came up and told me i didn’t have my phone in there without even looking.i had my friend check find my iphone and my phone was in side the store so i again knocked and the manager again was yelling through the door without talking to me and called security accusing me “of breaking into the store” i told security and was told because of the manager saying that i would have to come in the morning.i go today to look for my phone and find it literally sitting next to the underwear bins.absolutely absurd she couldn’t just hand my phone to me and instead accuses me of the most idiotic thing ever.

or i would’ve chose it.the customer service
was awful.the closing manger was rude and stuck up.we had lost a phone and wanted to double check the store but instead of coming to the door to talk to us
she proceeded to yell through the glass which is very unprofessional.and claimed we wanted to break into the store just for asking for our phone.
