5The service here is awesome. I'm disappointed in Victoria Secret's clothing line now. Everything is so so BLAND! NOTHING PRETTY OR BLING. I only shop now for undergarments or use my card at Bath and Body Works.
I feel like the trend for in person shopping is thin staffing. It is not the staffs fault but I only saw two staff in the whole store. It took a while, giving up and trying on our own, to finally get my daughter sized. She finally found a good bra and when I went to check out at the usual location between VS and pink I was directed to the perfume area. I hate perfume, it gives me headaches that take so long to break so being directed there was not awesome.
I asked the sales associate if they sold the pink socks, and she said they don't sell socks that I need to order them online line. Okay, thanks. I turned and there were the socks in a basket. Then, at the cash register, I said hello, and she ignored me. I know I said it loud enough because she gave me a mean look. The customer is the one's who pays your paycheck. If it wasn't for customers you wouldn't have a job. I work in retail, so I know what I'm talking about.
It is hard to move around in this store with my service dog. I can't imagine trying to use a walker or wheel chair. 1/3/23 only 1 cashier. No item of clothing is worth a 20 or 30 minute wait in line!
For the gentleman who looking for he's wife or etc. Now the time to buy good sale
