Victoria's Secret & PINK by Victoria's Secret, Waco TX

Gerka fit me at Victoria’s Secret today, and was awesome! Very patient and helpful. Even though there was only a couple of staff working they were very professional and handled us all perfectly.

I didn’t get their names, but I just want to say a HUGE thank you to the two nice young ladies that helped me out and made me feel so safe today, there was a man following my young daughter and I around the entire mall scaring the both of us, and these two women handled it perfectly, they made me feel so much better and so much safer! One was taller with red hair up in a bun who even talked to my little girl and made her feel better, and one was a little shorter with long dark hair who was quick to help and do what she could to make me feel safe! Great great women and they deserve to be recognized for their hard work and kind hearts!

Great customer service. Nice atmosphere and merchandise. Love their fragrances. Great place to buy a gift for yourself, family or friends.

Let's just say it's no longer wut it use to be. Walmart ppl with a fancy name thats gone down. This was a place even men wanted to take their wives bcuz everything was so sexy about it.not anymore!

Store manager has poor communication skills.education in how to speak to customers and training on how to provide a customer focused experience would greatly benefit her. Maybe even training on how to use their store phone as well as she know or didn’t want to pick it up to call their direct service line.

This store location seems to always be pretty busy, with ample staff working the floor and helping their customers with any matter or question no matter how large or small the question or issue is! The employees with Victoria Secret are always very professional, kind, courteous and extremely helpful! They always seem so eager to please their customers and to ensure that every customer whom enters this store location leaves very well satisfied and with full intent on returning to VS to become a repeat customer! Although this store location was neat, clean and very tidy they were low on stock and sizes! Which caused me to miss some really great sale prices and deals that were going on this weekend, and I find it to be extremely frustrating. What they had available in my size was colors and prints that I found to be ugly and off-putting, therefore I chose not to make a purchase and to do with out, for this very simple reason! I don't understand why by now, they can't have their floors fully stocked to capacity and slam out sales all day long throughout the entire day and time to ensure that every customer was a satisfied customer! It is not always easy for me to make it over to the Mall to do my Christmas shopping, so I do plan it around these sale days, only to get there and find empty shelves or very low stocked items! I do hope that the manager will read this and make some necessary changes very quickly to ensure the shopping satisfaction of each and every customer who makes the time to go out of their way to get out to the Mall location and do some in store shopping.
