Victoria's Secret & PINK by Victoria's Secret, San Antonio TX

Came here to brag on Elena. To be honest, I had always snubbed Victoria's Secret because I'm super cheap and I was in the "50 dollars for a bra is crazy" crowd. But I am a changed woman now. It's not just the bra. Elena made this a whole experience. I got measured and found the perfect bra. She gave me tips for how to wash and dry the bra. The only problem is now I want all my bras to be this bra. Also, I went into the store on a whim because I was having a really rough time with my mental health and I thought I would pop in the store just to try something different. I can genuinely say that Elena's customer service had a huge impact on me that day. Give her more money. Or at least a pizza party or whatever you corporate bozos do.

Elaina was such an amazing employee. Her customer service and willingness to help was amazing. She was attentive paid attention to detail with bra size and went out of her way to help me get other bras that were on sale that I did not know were on sale. She made my and my husband's experience here at VS amazing!

I went to this VS location a couple weeks ago and kaylee did such a fantastic job helping me and my daughter. She assisted us and was so friendly. Her helpful and friendly attitude make me want to go back.

I thoroughly enjoy this Victoria Secret for its location. It's smaller than the one at the mall. I only go in hare for its perfumes and a few other things but mainly perfume. If you have not tried any of the Victoria Secrets perfume, you are seriously lacking. There are small tester bottles to try. So get on in there and try some and a few other things. And remember, if Victoria Secret doesn't fit you a few stores down, is Lane Bryant where you might have a better chance! Good luck, my soon to belovely smelling shoppers!

Had to grab dome things for the wife, the employees immediately assited me and made my trip simple.

The customer service at this store is always excellent. I am very shy when shopping in such an establishment and they dont overwhelm you with checking in. I've gone in a couple times close to closing and they are very kind and responsive in helping me find things and check out. I've never felt rushed. The store is very clean and organized too, which is a blessing when finding things in the size/color I want.

I just had the single worst Christmas shopping experience. I ordered online for in store pickup 5 fragrances for $38 for stocking stuffers. I used PayPal to pay, not realizing it had my maiden name on my account. When I went to pick up my order, for which the confirmation was sent to my email address with my CURRENT last name, my ID was checked and it has my married name like my email address. This led to the manager, Amanda (initially called Karen, though in hindsight I think they were calling me a Karen) refusing to allow me to pick up my order. She even made a snide joke about my email address matching my ID and how my order confirmation stating “Milligan” as my last band went to the email address matching my ID. My only recourse was to call customer service and have them send an email to the store letting them know I was who I said I was. I had my husband and two kids driving around the parking lot because my infant was screaming, that didn’t matter. She looked at me and said “this is policy. ” An employee called Customer Service and was on hold for about 10 minutes, while I stood there also on hold for 7 minutes. Finally, my husband told my infant was losing it and we had to go so I had to leave without my order. I’ve now been on hold with customer service for over 30 minutes.

Livid doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel right now. I get the policy and think it’s a great policy, however the way I was treated was completely unreasonable, as I had documentation (my confirmation email) with BOTH LAST NAMES.

I will be allowing my order to be cancelled and will never step foot into another VS or PINK.

Y'all, this staff is great. Our bride had the wrong pair of panties for under her very white dress. With 30 minutes left until the ceremony, I walked in, told them her size and what our situation was, they got us a pair of perfect panties, we paid, and were out of there. It all took less than 5 minutes. They saved the day!
