The fence seems to be good quality so far, however the warranty service, more specifically the rep in charge of it has been less than helpful. With three cancelled appointments, or out right no shows, and no responses to our questions after two weeks!

My husband was very happy with the quality of the material. Tall delivery guy with glasses was very nice and professional I believe his name was Sam Will use again

I made 2 orders, They're both for mahogany stain cedar. Both orders were received with sections of Cedar unstained.
How was this resolved, I was given a bucket of stain and said good luck.
I do not recommend getting your product stained at this location.

Viking fence did a great job quoting and handling my fence material for my house. Jordan
the did a great job building the quote for the material. Very professional. The first time i did not choose the prestained option. However the second time for the rest of the material I went with the prestained option. Which was the best way to go. The material was stained perfectly as promised. The first time the person who delivered the material was very professional and and placed the material where I needed it. I did help him. Today the seoncd load of material was delivered by Tim the GM, I was very impressed with this factor considering he was the manager and he was the one that delivered the material. Leading by example for his team and willing to do the task to get the job done for his customer. Tim was very professional and great customer service. Viking Fence has done a great Job ensuring my fence experience for my home went smooth. The did all of the calculations, staining, loading and delivering. I have referred them to my friends and family already and will contiue to refer them and use them myself for any furture fences. Thank you Jordan, Tim and Viking Fence team.

I recently found this supplier and I have to say that Jordan and the owners are very helpful. Definitely recommend coming by and checking them out for your next fence project.

Had great experience last year. Not sure who's running the front counter now, but after spending close to $2000 last December, and needing another $2000 worth of material, I will no longer make them my first choice. BAD customer care. The boards I was needing were all in pretty bad condition due to being stored outside in the rain and sun, and on the lot for a while. They would not let me pick thru a few stacks to make sure they were decent looking, and then tried to tell me how to do my job as an installer. I didnt't need advice on how to install boards, I've built plenty of fences myself and just need good products at good prices. They do have decent prices though.

Great pricing, called, told them what I needed, they emailed me a quote without 30 minutes hand had my order ready for pickup 30 minutes from the time I approved the order!
