She was super sweet! She took the time to guide me through the process of getting a new apartment while being very attentive and answering every question I would come up with. If you ever need help, she will be your best option!

I have lived here for almost a year. Even if I wanted to put 5 stars, I can't. My air conditioner is a nightmare and they just checked it and said it's working fine. I know it's not working right. I have to wait 10 hours for my apartment to reach 72 degrees in the early morning.if I turn on the stove it is total heat. I have a month-old baby who sweats at night and I have woken up at dawn from the heat.apparently there is no solution to the problem, just waiting for winter to arrive. I have been attending the leasing office for more than 1 month.

I’ve been living in this apartments for a little more than 2 years, since before the landlord changed. 2 years ago I would’ve rated this apartment complex a 1, but this last year everything has gotten so much better, the people at the lease office are really nice, maintenance is really fast and effective and overall the apartments look way better than before. Of course there are still things to fix but they’ve come a looong way.

The truth is that I do not recommend them, the ones there are not useful and I have already gone to the offices many times to tell them and they say that they will use condoms but they do not do anything. The truth is that I do not recommend the maintenance ones, not their work as it should be. The truth is, I do not recommend these apartments

It's a crepy place, no visitor parking, and many complex have "little insects".

Ever since they got a new maintenance crew the service has been great. Unfortunately, now the new owners and new leasing staff are less than helpful. I've had a lot of communication problems since the switch. There's also a leak in the AC that I've mentioned multiple times but they've never actually done anything about it. It's not a bad place, but for the rent they're charging I think you should consider other options, if you're looking to move in here

Called their emergency maintenance 3 times and waited 3 hours to get some one to unlock my door. Had to chase the maintenance person to find out first two report wasn’t filed. Would have waited all night because they don’t or too lazy to do their job.

Very quiet apartments to rent, there is no vandalism and the maintenance people are very fast for any problem that may arise. Personally, I like them a lot

I walked in here for a showing of their townhome. They had one to show, not only was the unit a complete mess but the exterior building looked rough. The office is decorated and renovated nicely, but the rest of the property does not look maintained. I have been a leasing associate before and the unit I viewed had not been clean or even made ready to show. It had roach droppings, broken cabinets, broken patio blinds, rotten wall trims at the bottom of a closet, obvious foundation, and plumbing issues. This was embarrassing and honestly do not think anyone should pay the rent they are charging for these units. I understand the apartments are old and can be rough from time to time, but this was more than a typical wear-tear type of situation. This is down-right neglect. If a property can keep up with the office and nothing else, then you will hate living here. I do not recommend this property.

My apartment floods every day, with the smell of drainage, I've been reporting it to the office and they don't solve anything for me, I don't recommend them, they just tell me that the plumbers will come or that they are already in the property and it is the date that they have not fixed my problem, they are the worst apartments I have ever been in

The people in the office are very kind and very helpful, we love the place because it is clean and cozy!

It is an older complex but they keep it updated and in good repair. I like the fact I am next to a beautiful park and the axess to the highway is convenient. The value is great. The office girls are always nice. Thumbs up Villa Siena!

Terrible and irresponsible leasing manager and agent at this property. They have lied to me about my ledger, told me one thing into another and not keeping their words, my application for my relatives has not been processed and it has been 7 days! As it stats in the application I should have been notified before 7 days or I would be reimbursed. Now they are not willing to give me any contact information for corporate, the owner, or any regional or higher up management. This is ridiculous and outrageous and my apartment is in terrible condition and no one has fixed our work orders for the past 9 years we have been here!
