I lived at VAMB for 10 years, in that time I have seen every kind of crime, including management and corporate corruption. I knew they were smiling & lying to my face when The Manager & Cooperate said I could have my full deposit back because any damage would be looked at as a decades worth of wear & tear. I emailed them today & found they have blocked me. They can keep it, I'm happy now.
DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID & MOVE THERE.

Before you move into this place, consider it; They never fix what is damaged, when they come they pretend they fixed it and leave it the same or worse. And then they tell you that you have to pay for things that have already been damaged by normal use or that they had to change since you moved in and they never did. The electricity bill comes from $200.00 to $300.00 because they do not maintain the air conditioning. Parking is an eternal problem, caused by the management, because the rules are different for each person. If you want to live quietly and decently this is not the place. And to complete both the administration and the maintenance disrespect you and if you have an emergency and you call, they don't come; For example, an alarm goes off all night and early morning for my daughter to go to school and I to work in the morning and they tell you that this is not an emergency, once they even gave me a warning for calling, seriously?

Nice place I didn't live there ever but a few of my friends do it's an okay area to live
